  • Controls Engineer Skills:
  • One needs experience programming PLCs to support Material Handling Equipment (i.e., conveyors, sorters, automated storage and retrieval systems, order picking technologies, and print/apply and weighing systems) operations within a distribution center.   • It’s definitely not general material handling or general warehouse distribution knowledge. One must use Ladder Logic Programming skills to develop PLC software for complex machines and systems via communications interface to external systems such as servers, scanners, scales, etc.
  • The Senior Controls Engineer & Mid-Controls Engineer level program all the time. When they are in the office creating programs for a project, it is strictly all programming. When they are at the job site commissioning the system, it is a mix of troubleshooting and changing the programs as necessary. They do need to know how to program from scratch. We exclusively use Allen Bradley (Rockwell) PLC’s and Studio 5000 software.


  • MAS provides server-based software and electrical controls to manage & control automated distribution systems for the warehousing industry. Utilizing conveyor systems along with other automation hardware, MAS provides solutions which optimize unloading, receipt of product, flow, storage, retrieval, picking, sorting, order processing, packaging, labeling and shipment of inventory—then properly integrate those processes to customer’s computer systems (WMS, WES, ERP, etc.).
  • These solutions are utilized by numerous major retailers through the United States for their store and direct to consumer (.com) order fulfillment. Some clients include Macy’s, Ebay, Gap, GEODIS, Hot Topic, Limited Brands (Bath and Body Works, Victoria’s Secret, etc.), DSW Shoes, Skechers, Costco, Cabberras, etc.

Tweaking Cat Studios is an independent game studio developing our first title. The project is fully funded and currently in the prototype phase, with a planned launch in 2028. We are building a small, highly collaborative team focused on crafting a distinctive and cohesive player experience.


We are looking for an experienced Art Director to define, guide, and protect the artistic vision of the game from early prototype through production and launch.


We work out of an office in Sausalito and the team is almost entirely face-to-face.


Role Overview


The Art Director partners closely with Game Design and Engineering to establish and maintain the visual identity of the game. This role is responsible for defining the artistic direction, guiding production art pipelines, and ensuring visual consistency across all aspects of the game.


This is a hands-on leadership role suited for someone comfortable working in a small studio environment where strategic direction and practical execution often go hand-in-hand.


Responsibilities


  • Work closely with Game Design to craft the artistic vision of the game

Role Overview:

  • Photograph fine tile & mosaic products for web, catalog, social, and advertising use.
  • Style and shoot both flat lays and installed tile environments.
  • Capture and edit short and long-form videos for web and social media (e.g. process videos, behind-the-scenes, product reveals, technical advice). See video example at
  • Retouch, edit, size and color correct images to align with brand aesthetic. Combine studio images with location images in Photoshop and integrate Nano Banana Ai in workflow.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial product photography (experience in interiors or architectural products a plus)

  • Eye for composition, texture, and color — especially in natural materials

Position Overview:

We are looking for an analytically sharp and intellectually curious Performance Marketing Analyst to become the go-to resource for performance insights across our entire business. Responsibilities:

Performance Analysis & Business Intelligence

  • Analyze e-commerce performance data across all channels — Amazon, Walmart, Target, Shopify, and owned websites — to identify what’s working, what’s not, and where to act
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards tracking ROAS, CPA, CVR, CPC, CPM, CTR, LTV, and channel-level profitability for leadership decision-making
  • Write and maintain SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform data from multiple platforms and systems into clear, reliable reporting
  • Investigate performance anomalies, diagnose root causes, and present findings with recommended action plans — not just observations
  • Partner with the Financial Analyst to support pricing strategy, margin analysis, and ROI/ROAS modeling across platforms and promotional events


A/B Testing & Optimization

  • Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests across email campaigns, website content, product listings, landing pages, and ad creative
  • Translate test results into statistically sound, business-ready recommendations that the content and paid media teams can act on immediately
  • Continuously monitor conversion funnels and user behavior to identify optimization opportunities across the customer journey
  • Evaluate promotional and pricing strategy effectiveness through structured testing and post-analysis

Paid Media & Channel Support

  • Work directly alongside the paid ad team to provide data-driven guidance on budget allocation, campaign performance, and audience targeting
