The Blue Bird Academy Team is seeking a dynamic Senior Technical Trainer / Content Developer with a passion for emerging automotive technology and helping others grow in their careers. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical experience across a broad array of automotive and/or heavy truck technologies, diagnostic tools, and platforms. A high level of acumen regarding low and high voltage electrical trouble shooting is required. Creating and delivering training for low-voltage electrical diagnostics, high-voltage electric vehicle system diagnostics, engine fuel systems, engine performance, transmissions, and other serviceable systems and components on Blue Bird products is essential a for success. Instructional design and curriculum development experience combined with a strong automotive service and training background are the main qualities necessary for potential applicants.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, organize and deliver comprehensive training curriculum including Instructor’s Guide, Workbooks, Presentations, post training resources and all other required materials for dealers on Blue Bird systems, technologies, and diagnostics
- Lead technical content collection, development, and posting
- Advise and assist instructional designers on technical training content asset collection for online and in-person training materials
- Organize and conduct in-person training sessions as well as remote training via Webinars
- Stay abreast of engineering designs and common field service ticket submissions for integration into new training curricula
- Collaborate with Field Service Engineering to ensure training content accuracy and relevance
- Assess training effectiveness and modify programs based on feedback and performance metrics
- Provide technical support and mentorship to trainees during and after program completion

We are looking for a talented hands-on Sr. HR Process and Systems Analyst. This position is within our HR Operations and Analytics team and is responsible for supporting our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), technology and strategies with strong systems knowledge, departmental partnerships and being an advocate for the end user. We seek an experienced Senior Product Developer to join our amazing Blue Marble Product Development team in beautiful Ashland, Oregon. The Product Developer is primarily responsible for leading product development from concept through production, working with internal and overseas teams and licensors to deliver consumer-ready products.
This is a "hands-on" role where you work cross-functionally with our Creative, Industrial Design, Marketing, Sales, and Compliance teams. You'll also work with our overseas team and our Executive Management to ensure that every product represents our company's values and inspires our customers. The Product Developer captures the product vision, gathers legal and IP feedback, and ensures approval of concepts before moving forward with the product. They manage the product through the product development life cycle to generate all marketing materials and packaging for the product, product samples for testing and photography, product cost engineering and details for operations set-up and ultimately lead delivering the product to market.
Primary Responsibilities
- Must be able to lead toy products through the entire lifecycle from early concept to launch by working closely with the creative teams and other business stakeholders to execute product opportunities & develop product tech packs.
- Maintains Product Specifications, Bill of Materials and Tech Packs on all Products to ensure products are engineered to cost standards.
- Must be able to manage, track, & communicate progress across departments.
- Provide leadership and direction to overseas manufacturers to achieve product goals.
- Responsible for consistently executing high-quality products that meet testing guidelines, licensor standards, and company brand values.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Task 1 CTPP Support, Staffing, and Implementation • The contractor shall assist with the coordination, development, design, and execution of CT preparedness programs, providing administrative, development, and implementation to support CT initiatives.

- Primary lead/advisor in developing methodology and assumptions complex issues.
Transmission System Studies
- Develop innovative solutions for complex transmission issues
- Participate as lead transmission planner in multi-department project team to develop project scope for large, complex projects including interstate bulk transmission projects.
- Lead WECC wide study or study groups
- Primary lead on inter-regional planning efforts
- Provide guidance on planning criteria, standards, and regulations
Project Implementation
- Lead in the implementation of projects involving inter-regional coordination including but not limited to path ratings and inter-regional RAS studies, settings and designs.
- Lead in the implementation of projects that require complex permitting proceedings, including CPCN.
- Compliance and Regulatory
- Support or lead compliance and regulatory audits as necessary
- Acts as a company witness/liaison/information provider to outside parties for project support or any other regulatory proceedings impacting PG&E business.
Qualifications
Minimum:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline from an accredited curriculum in the US or the equivalent from outside the US
- 13 years of experience in electrical engineering
Desired:
- Experience in transmission planning studies
- Knowledge of PG&E’s electric transmission system
- Knowledge of NERC and WECC reliability standards
- Experience in system operations, engineering, asset strategy, or system protection
- Previous experience with GE PSLF Program or similar load flow program
- Experience in programming languages such as Matlab, Python, VBA, EPCL
- Current and active California PE license, Electrical Engineering
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
