Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales Strategy

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10+ years of industry-specific experience in sales, account management, or business development within construction inspection, material testing, or geotechnical field.

About The Position
The Operations Program Manager will lead a PMO project management team, ensuring the successful execution of site efficiency programs across several manufacturing facilities at Astec. The project team is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing manufacturing projects, capital expenditures, and facility efficiency initiatives. The incumbent will assist our facility business partners in defining a strategic roadmap of 3-5 years. The Operations Program Manager will also effectively monitor and present program updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. Key Deliverables
- Architect and oversee the multi-site project portfolio to ensure 100% alignment with the Infrastructure Solutions (IS) strategic roadmap and ROI targets.
- Establish and enforce rigorous portfolio governance standards to ensure data integrity across all budget, resource, and schedule reporting.

What You'll Do:
- Serving as the senior technical lead and trusted advisor for key aerospace and defense programs.
- Leading AM strategy, qualification plans, and adoption pathways across complex customer missions.
- Running technical design reviews, engineering workshops, and program strategy sessions with customer leadership.

- Deep knowledge of LPBF/DMLS, DED, and hybrid AM processes and relevant alloys (Ti, Ni, Al, Cu).
- Strong background in aerospace materials science, metallurgy, and thermal-mechanical behavior of AM components.
- Proficiency in CAD (NX preferred), AM simulation tools, and FEA, with the ability to present technical findings clearly.
- Demonstrated success presenting to executive and non-technical customer stakeholders.
- Understanding of AS9100D, NADCAP, MMPDS, MIL-SPEC, and aerospace certification and qualification pathways.
- Leadership skills to mentor and guide engineering teams in both technical execution and customer engagement.
- Bachelor's degree required (Mechanical, Aerospace, or Materials Engineering).
