• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner

• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually

Job Description

Check in with office Supervisor for dispatching schedule

Do inspection on truck and piggyback before use

Tie down loads and make sure they are centered and secured on truck

If yard personnel is busy take initiative and load your own truck

Double check that product on truck matches invoice

Delivering products to job sites in timely and safe manner

Be safe on job site during loading and unloading of product

Only unload and load our products at job sites

Keep truck clean on inside and outside

Be on time

Self-Motivated

Willingness to do whatever tasks need to be done

Team working skills

Concern for quality of work and efficiency

Pre-Requisite

Current Class A CDL

Base Pay – $23.50 per hour

Raises (5 Year 5% loyalty raise **All raises subject to annual performance review)

As an Addus Registered Nurse, you will:

• Responsible for the supervision and oversight of all patient care services including the development of personnel qualifications and the assignment of personnel.
• Enable patients to stay independent while they remain in their own homes.
• Perform routine supervisory visits to evaluate the plan of care and supervise delivery of excellent client service.
• Follow up for unskilled services.
• Present educational in-service trainings.
• Communicate with Case Managers and other members of the care team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current RN licensure.
• Must be able to travel locally in your own vehicle, and possess a valid driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance coverage.

This full-time position is available immediately for a board certified/board eligible adult Neurologist, capable in both General Neurology and Stroke. Elmhurst Hospital is a Joint Commission Certified Thrombectomy Capable Stroke Center and the candidate will be joining three other full-time stroke providers. Responsibilities include alternating direct inpatient (Stroke Ward or General Consultation services) and some outpatient follow up care. Key responsibilities include teaching, supervision and mentoring of PGY3 Neurology Residents, Medical Students, Stroke Fellows as well as mid-level Providers in an academic setting.
