Lactalis American Group, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Cutter based in Nampa, ID.

The Cutter is responsible for placing blocks of cheese into an automatic cutter machine. Maintains high quality and cleanliness to ensure the cheeses are not compromised or contaminated at any time during the process. Observes cutting machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of product to plant standards while assuming responsibility for the operational flow of the line.

Key responsibilities for this position include:

* Lifts and places blocks of cheese on table lift to be cut.

* Removes any cheese that does not meet product specifications and places in rework bin.

* Observes and maintains cutter operation for even flow of product.

* Interact with associates to maintain efficient process flow.

* Maintain open line of communication with all the line workers and supervisor.

* Perform sanitation duties as assigned.

* Report Problems and/or concerns to the on-duty supervisor

* Attend departmental meetings and training as assigned.

* Apply the safety rules and ensure they are implemented and followed.

* Take necessary measures if people are performing unsafe acts or are in an unsafe environment.

Our client in North Carolina is actively seeking a skilled Anesthetist for a 64-day assignment beginning Mar 31, 2026. This role involves shifts starting at 6:45 AM with end times varying between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. The Anesthetist will manage a diverse range of cases including general surgery, obstetrics, orthopedics, endoscopy, GI, urology, pediatrics ENT 2+, and robotics, while specific procedures like spinals, epidurals, nerve blocks, upper/lower blocks, and fiber optics are handled by the MDA.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage general surgery cases.
  • Perform obstetrics and C sections.
  • Handle orthopedics cases.
  • Conduct endoscopy and GI procedures.
  • Oversee urology cases.
  • Provide anesthesia for pediatrics ENT patients (ages 2+).
  • Participate in robotics cases.
  • Note: Spinals, epidurals, nerve blocks, upper/lower blocks, and fiber optics will be performed by the MDA.


Additional Information

  • EMR system utilized is Epic.
  • If submitting to the bullpen, the Anesthetist must be proficient across all 7 GCM sites.
