Position Description:
The Director of Administration will join the organization in a start-up capacity. As a young organization in South Los Angeles, the Director of Administration will build and grow the administrative systems from an emerging to a mature organization. This individual will oversee day-to-day operations and work directly with the President & CEO to establish administrative protocols and systems to build a sustainable organization. This individual will enhance the organization's ability to fulfill its commitments to donors, the Governing Board of Directors, and the DC Leadership Team.
Director of Administration Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Collaborates with all management staff to identify and deliver the administrative support required by the organization.
- Drafts and distributes statistical reports, analyses, and exhibits to company stakeholders and, when required, to regulatory and government agencies.
- Devise systems and protocols to meet organizational goals and objectives
- Manage the organization’s finances and produce regular reporting
- Create and maintain policies and procedures to increase operational efficiency and compliance
- Develops, evaluates, and maintains the management information system (MIS).
- Ensures the organization's compliance with applicable health, building, zoning, and safety licensing and certification requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Job Description:
- Routine blueprint reading and technical writing to accomplish work tasks.
- Daily use of tools such as micrometers, height gauges, Vernier calipers, and dividing heads to support tasking.
- Operate machine tools in varying tolerances according to need (from thousands upwards).
- Non routine maintenance and repair the portable machines tools.
- Routine use of hoisting and rigging equipment for heavy pieces such as forklifts and chain falls
- Responsible for system tolerance determination and application.
- Daily tasking will involve work on the following:
- Rudders and Steering systems to include blue checking and fitting, piano wire alignment method, stock straightness determination, hydraulic and pneumatic controls.
- Bearings and Bushings to include lubrication types and methods, piano wire fit and alignment method, dial indicator alignment.

About The Role:
The Quality Assurance Manager will lead the continuous development and maintenance of a Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, incl. ISO 13485 status, while also overseeing product quality assurance and risk assessment initiatives. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to establish product and process quality specifications, to develop or drive improvements and to ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and local regulations. Job Description: Kitchen Aid/Nutrtional Services
Assist in the kitchen where you are needed. Cooking, prepping, serving, and cleaning during Richland County School District #1 school hours.
Inventory management and/or cashiering. Light lifting and dishwashing possible.
Essential Functions:
- Prepares and cooks food items for student meals in the prescribed quantity and as scheduled; monitors cooking times and temperatures to ensure thorough heating as required for consumer safety.
- Sets up serving lines and maintains cleanliness of serving area, ensures the availability of necessary serving utensils, and serves food in the appropriate quantity per customer.
- Cleans, sanitizes and stores utensils, pans, serving ware, warmers, freezers, coolers, ovens, carts, cookware, floors, and restrooms.
- Inspects daily food and supply deliveries to ensure compliance with required quantity and quality standards.
- Operates a variety of equipment such as a braising pan, oven, steamers, dishwasher, fryers, mixers, meat slicer, pallet jack, thermometer, conveyor belt, can opener, power soak sink, trash compactor, icemaker, scales, kitchen utensils, knives, cleaning equipment and tools.
- Interacts and communicates with various individuals, such as immediate supervisor, co-workers, school personnel, and students.

This position involves overseeing the overnight operations of the quality assurance laboratory, managing a team of lab technicians and facility custodians, and implementing quality control processes to meet regulatory standards and customer requirements.

Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Lead and supervise a team of lab technicians and custodians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and laboratory procedures.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures for raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Conduct regular inspections and testing to verify product specifications and standards.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Stay updated on relevant food safety regulations and industry standards.
