As a Delivery Driver, you will transport products safely and deliver office supplies on your assigned route to customers. At times, depending on volume, you will load your truck.
You will organize and load product for delivery utilizing the manifest assuring the most efficient delivery route and schedule. You will be a problem solver for our customers; providing customer support, accepting product returns and will be empowered to make your customers' day. You’re our brand on wheels!
You will be essential to the success of Staples Supply Chain as we deliver to our customers.
An ability to make sound decisions, be it driving, parking, safety related and/or customer interaction related.

Our hard-working team is in need of a Class A CDL Transport Driver in Cedar Rapids. Hours are defined and flexibility to work Saturdays with one day off per week required. Guaranteed 8 hours per day!
A successful candidate will work independently and be a quick learner. Responsibilities include a pre-trip inspection of truck/trailer combination. Deliveries may include boxes, cases or 80-gallon carts. Dock or hoist deliveries will depend on the route. All paperwork must be completed and returned at the end of the route.

Starting pay is $26.77/hr for 90-day probationary period. After successful completion of 90-day probationary period, rate will increase to $27.77/hr.

The Resort Transportation Driver is responsible for providing friendly and efficient service to guests while transporting their luggage and providing other services as needed. The successful candidate is professional, personable, and has excellent customer service skills.

· Greet guests in a friendly, professional, and helping manner
· Pickup, transport, and drop off Resort guests to and from Resort, Theme Park, Water Park, Safari, and guest parking lot

* Initiates department standing orders in appropriate patients. Performs basic airway techniques including oxygen therapy. May perform bag-mask ventilation according to established departmental protocols in emergency situations.
* Maintains a safe and therapeutic environment of caring for patients and families. Provides basic patient comfort measures during procedures. When necessary, provides environmental support to expedite timely patient admission or transfer. Identifies and acts upon opportunities to improve the environment of care.
* Participates in MedSTAR Transport safety program. Participates in meetings and on committees and represents the department and hospital in community outreach efforts.
Minimal Qualifications
Education
* High School Diploma or GED required
* Successful completion of an approved EMT course required
* Completion of an approved emergency vehicle driving course prior to release from orientation required
Experience
* 1-2 years EMT experience strongly preferred
License / Certification
* NREMT - National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians-Basic (EMT-B) required
* EMT - Emergency Medical Tech in the District of Columbia within 30 Days required
* EMT - Emergency Medical Tech in Maryland required
* MedSTAR Transport" or "Mid Atlantic Air Transportation Services" affiliation as an EMT prior to release from orientation required
* CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation (includes BLS and NRP) for healthcare providers from either the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross within 90 Days required
* Additional unit/specialty certifications may vary by department or business unit.
* FEMA ICS 100 Course prior to release from orientation required
* FEMA ICS 200 Course FEMA IS-200.c Basic Incident Command systems for Initial Response prior to release from orientation required
* DL - Valid State Driver's License in good standing required
* No more than four points assigned to driver's license and must maintain a satisfactory driving record (no more than four points).
* Completion of approved Emergency Vehicle Operations Course (e.g., CEVO, EVOC) prior to release from orientation

The Resort Transportation Driver is responsible for providing friendly and efficient service to guests while transporting their luggage and providing other services as needed. The successful candidate is professional, personable, and has excellent customer service skills.
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
· Greet guests in a friendly, professional, and helping manner
· Pickup, transport, and drop off Resort guests to and from Resort, Theme Park, Water Park, Safari, and guest parking lot
· Safely load, unload, and transfer luggage in and out of vehicles
· Converse with guest while providing information on the property, resort, and amenities offered
· Maintain cleanliness of transportation vehicles, work location, property, and hotel perimeter
· Transport guest and luggage from Resort Lodge to their accommodations
· Tags articles and stores luggage in an organize manner
· Ensure the appropriate amount of transport vehicles and seats are available prior to guest arrival based on reservation size
· Communicate guests needs and information to Front Desk staff in a timely manner
· Supplies guests with travel information, such as transportation information, routes and schedules
· Act as a runner for Front Desk team as needed
· Assists other departments as needed

· Must have Valid driver’s license in good standing and pass the Six Flags Driving Test

· Utilize a radio to communicate information in a timely manner
· Compliance with communication protocols for telephone and email
· Ability to remain organized and plan accordingly based on information provided by guests
· Possess ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
· Possess ability to remain calm and professional in all situations
