As a Power Platform Developer and Knowledge Management Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and intuitive solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform leveraging SharePoint and other data sources.

Roles and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and design effective Power Platform solutions

• Weave Power Platform actions into traditional M365 (Email, Teams, SharePoint) user experiences.
• Collaborate with solution architects, UX designers, and backend developers to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues, ensuring the reliability and usability of Power Platform solutions.
• Provide technical guidance, support, and training to end-users, promoting adoption and effective utilization of Power Platform solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in Power Apps development, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with project managers and participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation activities.
• Document technical specifications, user guides, and deployment instructions for Power Platform applications.
• Maintain and transform legacy SharePoint applications.

This position requires the ability to obtain an active Department of Defense Secret security clearance.

Required skills & experience:

• Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET or higher clearance.

Preferred experience:

• Pre-existing SECRET or higher clearance obtained via a T5 background check.
• Experience converting SharePoint Framework (SPFx) to Dataverse / Power Platform Native is a plus and SharePoint UI Path to Power Pages a plus.
• Connecting Azure PaaS Services to Power Platform Services as companion services via a Service Gateway (e.g. connecting Data Factory to Dataverse) is a plus
• Experience integrating SharePoint, GraphAPI and Dataverse with Microsoft Purview and Viva Topics is a plus.
• Experience connecting Defender to Azure and Power Platform services a plus.
• Experience connecting a Dataverse or GraphAPI accessible Azure resources to a Databricks Restful API service a plus.

The Detailer performs various detailing and transportation of new and pre-owned boats, motors, trailers and ATVs in support of a TMBC Sales, Service and Parts operation.

Essential Functions:

• Supports a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensure a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
• Washes, cleans, waxes, vacuums, etc. interiors and exteriors of boats for scheduled customer pickups, display and service customer units.
• Using a fork lift or tractor, participates in the unloading of incoming boats, motors, trailers and ATVs then transport them to various areas within the dealership, i.e. storage lot, outside display, showroom floor or customer delivery area.
• Confirms packing list or invoice of all boat loads or other product deliveries.
• Transports and stages customer boats and ATVs to service, rigging and storage yard by moving units from one location to another as necessary.
• Maintains an updated list of cleaning supplies and inform Service Manager or Service Lead of needed items.
• Assists Rigger and Service Specialist with PDI and VIN verification processes.
• Informs Service Manager or Service Lead of any unit concerns or required repairs.
• Performs grounds and facility maintenance as required.
• Keeps work area neat and clean.
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.

Qualifications Required for the Position

The Opportunity

As a dedicated Sr. Field Auto Appraiser, you will within defined guidelines and framework responsible for the investigation, negotiation, evaluation and appraisal of vehicle damage claims for both repairable and total loss vehicles to ensure estimate accuracy in compliance with state laws and regulations. Accountable for delivering exceptional member service through setting appropriate expectations, proactive communications, advice, and empathy.

What you'll do:

• With the use of digital tools, evaluates and appraises highly complex auto physical damage claims in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract, corporate guidelines and state laws and regulations.

• Investigates claim damages including communicating with the insured, internal claims adjusters, and third parties/vendors. May require face-to-face interactions with members and third parties.

• Reviews facts of loss and vehicle damage to determine if subrogation opportunities exist and ensures all supporting physical damage documentation is in the claim.

• Demonstrates advanced knowledge of P&C insurance industry products, services, contracts, and internal processes/systems/procedures to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policy provisions.

• Reviews claims/suppliers for fraud indicators and refers to Special Investigations Unit for handling, if applicable.

• Maintains accurate and current claim file documentation throughout the claims process for complex claims.

• Maintains high standards of productivity through effective desk management, timely follow ups, and accurate mapping of repair plan and timeline for repair in support of fast and accurate claims adjudication.

• Responsible for reviewing additional damages received from repair facilities to either complete a supplement or triage to field provider method of inspection.

• May serve as a subject matter expert representative for disputed claims or trials. Serves as a resource to team members on escalated issues of a routine nature.

• Partners with vendors and internal business partners to facilitate the highest complexity claims resolution. May also involve external regulatory coordination to ensure appropriate documentation and compliance.

• Proactively provides policyholders with information regarding their coverage, repair estimate or total loss valuation, and claims/repair process while setting appropriate expectations.

• Supports workload surges and catastrophe (CAT) response operations as needed, including required on-call dates and potential evening, weekend, and/or holiday work outside normal work hours.

• May be assigned CAT deployment travel with minimal notice during designated CATs.

• Works various types of claims, including ones of higher complexity, and may be assigned additional work outside normal duties as needed.

• Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.

What you have:

• High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma.

• 2 years of auto appraising experience.

• Proficient knowledge of P&C insurance policy contracts and coverages, auto parts distribution process and claim appraisal process and procedures.

• Advanced working knowledge of estimating losses using CCC or similar estimating platforms.

• Demonstrated written and verbal skills to communicate with members, claimants, repair facilities, and other internal and external stakeholders.

• Acquisition and maintenance of insurance adjuster license within 90 days and 3 attempts.

Physical Demand Requirements:

• May require the ability to operate a company vehicle within assigned territory.

• May require the ability to reach, handle, squat, bend, climb, and keen as needed to complete inspections of damaged vehicles.

• May require the ability to work outdoors in inclement weather conditions; May be exposed to working in body shop and/or salvage yard environments up to 25% of the time.

Compensation range:The salary range for this position is: $63,590 - $121,530.

Position Description:

The Loader Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a front-end loader to support asphalt plant production. This role plays a key part in maintaining continuous plant operations by managing raw material stockpiles, loading bins and hoppers, and keeping the plant yard organized and safe.

Responsibilities:

• Comply with (and actively promote) all Safety policies and procedures including reporting all accidents, incidents and near misses to ensure adherence to our Number One Core Value – Safety, first in everything we do.
• Complete equipment condition reports, as well as a daily checklist of work to be done on your equipment and provide to the Project Superintendent daily through Middlesex Application.
• Cleaning the machines daily. This includes sweeping the cabs and removing trash daily, and lubricating doors and windows bi-weekly.
• Understand and comply with all Company safety policies and procedures.
• Know where all utilities within the work zone are located.
• Be responsible for your own safety as well as those working in the area.
• Inform your Superintendent or Foreman daily of your equipment fuel status so the fuel truck can be scheduled if needed for the next morning.
• Make a note on your equipment report and let your Superintendent know if you need any supplies, i.e.: grease, oil, rags, cleaning supplies, or if the machine needs to be steam cleaned.
