**Job Description**
We are seeking a dynamic **Sales Engineer (SE)** to drive business growth for our **Ethernet Test and Analysis Solutions** in the Americas. This individual will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities for Teledyne LeCroy's **Xena** and **SierraNet** product lines within data center, semiconductor, and networking equipment markets.
The ideal candidate is a technically strong, customer-focused professional with a proven track record selling **Ethernet, Layer 1-3 test, or network analysis equipment** . You'll collaborate closely with Field Application Engineers, Product Management, and global Sales Leadership to meet revenue goals and strengthen strategic customer relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets within assigned territory.
+ Engage with design, validation, and test engineering teams at leading semiconductor, system, and network OEMs.
+ Present and demonstrate Teledyne LeCroy's Xena traffic generators, Chimera impairment emulators, and SierraNet analyzers to both technical and executive audiences.
+ Manage the full sales cycle - from lead qualification and technical proof-of-concept to quotation, negotiation, and close.
+ Collaborate with inside sales and marketing teams to build pipeline and drive regional campaigns.
+ Provide customer feedback to Product Management for roadmap alignment and feature prioritization.
+ Represent Teledyne LeCroy at industry events, conferences, and technical workshops.
**Required Qualifications**
+ **Bachelor's degree** in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.
+ **5+ years of experience** in technical sales or applications engineering within the **test & measurement** or **network equipment** industry.
+ Proven experience selling **Ethernet, Layer 1-3 test equipment, BERTs, traffic generators, or analyzers** (e.g., Keysight, Viavi, Spirent, EXFO, etc.).
+ Strong understanding of **Ethernet protocols, PHY/SerDes, and Layer 1-3 technologies** (100G, 400G, 800G, 1.6T).
+ Ability to engage both technically and strategically with engineers, managers, and executives.
+ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
+ Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently in a regional role.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Familiarity with **CMIS, RS-FEC, PAM4, AN/LT, or coherent optics** test methodologies.
+ Existing relationships with key accounts in the **San Francisco** **Bay Area semiconductor or networking ecosystem** .
+ Experience with CRM tools (Dynamics 365 or Salesforce).

HSIO Validation Engineer

- Own bench level design validation and electrical compliance for High-speed serial interfaces (MIPI M-PHY, USB3.2), ensuring certification rediness across PVT operating conditions.
- Characterize signal and power integrity using oscilloscopes, BERTs and VNA to perform advanced analysis including eye diagrams, Jitter decomposition, and receiver (RX) tolerance
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to root-cause complex PHY-level electrical issues and protocol link-up failures, driving design corrective actions
- Design python-based automation to improve lab efficiency and partner with architecture teams to implement end-to-end manufacturing test solutions.

10+ Years of experience

- Experience with lab equipment including high-bandwidth oscilloscopes, BERTs, JTAG, T32 and Vector Network analysers(VNA)
- Experience in IP bringup, validation, PCB schematics/Layout and manufacturing support
- Experience debugging hardware issues using schematics and layouts
- Experience with MPHY and USB-IF compliance testing and the official certification process

Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- MSc or PhD degree in applied mathematics, statistics, or relevant work experience.
- An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one is required.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand requirements and translate those requirements into data science solutions.
- Provide guidance on best practices and industry standards across data science and analytics, data visualization, and share expertise to improve technical capabilities of the team.
- Design, develop, and integrate templates, data, and models for repeatability.
- Develop and implement data quality assurance and management protocols.

Required and Preferred Skillsets

- Must have hand-on experience with supervised (classification, regression) and unsupervised learning (clustering, dimension reduction).
- 7+ years of experience evaluating relationships in data using statistical modeling and leveraging analytics tools.
- 7+ years of experience in advanced Classification and Regression modeling.
- 7+ years of professional proficiency using R, or Python for data wrangling and model building.
- Experience in SQL or Spark SQL, and basic database design.
- Cloud project work using Google, AWS and/or Azure.
- Demonstrated high proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization.
- Demonstrated high proficiency in data wrangling and documentation.
- Solid technical skills across a wide variety of tools and data platforms.
- Able to successfully prioritize and manage multiple project tasks simultaneously and complete them in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy.

JOB SUMMARY
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES Evaluates system specifications, configures system, establishes standards, insures hardware / software compatibility and maintains workstations and MS Windows Operating Systems for stable performance.
Performs the daily operation of MS Win server software to include system security, appropriate access, configuration and backing up the system.
Specifies network requirements, monitors LAN performance, troubleshoots networking hardware and insures system is working properly according to specifications and parameters.
Organizes and secures directory structure and assists/trains staff members in the use of department Document Management System, associated databases and CM/DM release procedures.

RANGE POSITION DESCRIPTION The System Administrator will operate, maintain and administer real-time flight testing systems in the Security Operations Center (SOC) and Mission Control Rooms (MCRs) located at Ridley Mission Control Center (RMCC).
The SOC has various systems to include Active Directory Domain Servers, Log Auditing Workstations (LAWs), Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) system, and Network Attached Storage (NAS).
Each MCR consists of servers, workstations, and telemetry equipment networked together with an enterprise level Cisco switch (6509-E) or Juniper EX series switch.
The servers consists of Dell PowerEdge servers that provide DHCP, DNS, Citrix Provisioning Services, and telemetry processing/recording.
The workstations are diskless Dell Precision computers with dual monitors that display IADS which enables flight test engineers to monitor mission data at near real time.
The candidate will perform maintenance, configuration and administration functions on all required support systems.
The candidate will perform various tasks regarding Media Management to ensure customer requests are fulfilled, inventory is tracked, and documentation is accurate.
