This position follows an event-driven schedule aligned with the venue’s private event calendar. Standard event days typically include Fridays and Saturdays, with occasional Sunday events, and managers remain on-site through the completion of events, which commonly conclude between midnight and 2am. Schedules are provided weekly and include two days off per week, with transportation home reimbursed for shifts ending after midnight.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee the successful execution of private events and banquets, ensuring exceptional service standards and seamless operations throughout each event
  • Review and execute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), coordinating closely with culinary, service, and operations teams to ensure precise event execution
  • Lead pre-service briefings to communicate event details, service expectations, and operational updates to banquet staff
  • Supervise banquet service teams throughout events, ensuring professionalism, efficiency, and adherence to established service protocols
  • Anticipate guest needs, resolve service challenges promptly and discreetly, and ensure an elevated guest experience at all times
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of banquet storage areas, equipment, and operational spaces
  • Support the training, development, and motivation of banquet staff while fostering a collaborative team environment
  • Partner with banquet leadership on operational improvements, departmental procedures, and service standards

Requirements:

  • Strong command of English language; exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the COO, the Executive Assistant serves as a key point of contact for internal and external constituencies on matters pertaining to the executive team as well as provides administrative and coordination for the implementation of key organizational programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


Executive Support 

  • Responsible for a variety of high-level administrative tasks for the CEO and COO including managing dynamic calendars; arranging travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that may contain confidential information; and, compiling/creating documents for travel-related meetings. 
  • Organize and coordinate executive outreach and external relations efforts: follow up on contacts made by leadership, and research, prioritize, and address incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO and COO and determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response. 
  • Serve as administrative liaison to the New York City Charter School Center’s Board of Directors, assisting with the coordination of quarterly Board meetings, including preparing and distributing Board materials. Maintain and ensure compliance with by-laws and applicable nonprofit regulations.
  • Support fundraising and development efforts by managing a reporting calendar, conducting research, and compiling reports for grant applications and funder requirements.


Departmental Liaison & Support

  • In partnership with the COO, coordinate with the Charter Center’s various department leads (Communications & Media, School Supports, Collaborative for Inclusive Education, Policy & Advocacy, etc.) to provide administrative leadership on projects integral to the work of the Charter Center. Tasks to include everything from data entry and management to developing programmatic materials and presentations, et al.
  • Aid the administration of the main office by providing customer support, assisting with event planning and coordination, and other general administrative tasks as requested.

As a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) at WellStar, you'll provide critical respiratory care and education under the guidance of the RC Manager/Director. Your responsibilities include:

- Delivering comprehensive patient care in complex situations, primarily in critical care settings.
- Educating patients and their families while mentoring new staff and students.
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to plan and implement effective care strategies.

Core Responsibilities:

- Customer Service: Ensure thorough patient assessments, documentation, and education while promoting a positive team environment.
- Quality Patient Care: Administer therapies, manage ventilators, perform assessments, and provide specialized care, including assisting in invasive procedures.
- Safety: Maintain high patient safety standards and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education:

- Graduate of an AMA-approved program in Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Sciences; required.

- Bachelor's degree required.

Licenses/Certifications:

- Basic Life Support (BLS) from AHA Required

- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Required

- Additional certifications (e.g., NRP, PALS) preferred.

Experience:

- Minimum of 3+ years of current RT experience required in a hospital environment required.

Skills

- Strong communication and critical thinking abilities.

- Excellent relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals.

- Proficient in computer use and familiar with healthcare databases.
