Job Description:
The Library at Berklee plays a vital role in student success, creativity, and exploration. Through the Stan Getz Library, the Creative Technology Center (CTC), and the Albert Alphin Library at the Boston Conservatory at Berklee, the Library provides welcoming spaces, innovative services, and access to resources that support students' academic and artistic work. Berklee is seeking an After-Hours Facilities Supervisor to help ensure these spaces continue to thrive during evenings and weekends.
Reporting to the Associate Director of User Experience and Operations, this 25-hour, part-time role serves as the senior Library representative after hours. The Supervisor oversees facilities operations, supports and supervises student employees, and ensures smooth opening and closing procedures across three locations on Berklee's Boston campus. This role works closely with daytime professional staff, Public Safety, and students to address operational needs, safety concerns, and service requests in a timely, student-centered way.
Key responsibilities include:
Supervising and supporting student employees during evening and weekend shifts
Overseeing facilities operations and ensuring established procedures are followed
Assisting students with library materials, equipment loans, and workstation access using library and CTC systems
Monitoring library communication channels and responding to or routing inquiries
Coordinating with Public Safety around access, safety, and incident response
Supporting library displays, materials binding, and light repairs or maintenance
Participating in staff meetings, trainings, and rotating across multiple facilities
Qualifications:
At least one year of experience in a user-support or resource-management environment

Position Summary
The Accounting & Compliance Manager is responsible for NPDC's financial bookkeeping, HR compliance, and grant administration. This role ensures that the organization maintains accurate financial records, meets all employment and reporting requirements, and remains audit-ready as NPDC grows.
This position is intentionally scoped as a part-time, senior administrative role focused on accuracy, documentation, and compliance. It does not supervise staff or manage day-to-day operations.

• Manage daily bookkeeping using QuickBooks and .

Position description
The Department of Music at the University of California, Berkeley, is generating an applicant pool of qualified temporary instructors to teach a range of performance courses in the Music Department.
These courses include, but not limited to the following:
Music 141 "University Symphony Orchestra"
Music 143 "Gospel Chorus"
Music 144 "University Chorus"
Music 145 "University Chamber Chorus"
Music 149 "University Baroque Ensemble"
Music 141: UCB Symphony Orchestra rehearses twice per week and performs six times per semester.
Music 143: Focuses on the performance of choral music of the African American gospel music tradition with a particular emphasis on contemporary performance techniques. The Gospel Chorus, as is the case with other formal University music performance ensembles, will prepare music to be presented to the public in at least two concerts each semester. Students will be selected for the chorus on the basis of individual auditions.
Music 144: Performs music primarily from the 17th to the 20th centuries including works for chorus and orchestra.
Music 145: A smaller mixed chorus that aims at a professional standard of ensemble singing and explores the lesser-known choral repertory.
Music 149: The performance of Renaissance and Baroque music for voices and instruments.
In addition to teaching responsibilities, general duties include office hours, assigning grades, advising students, preparing course materials (e.g., syllabus), and interacting with students outside of class time via email and/or bCourses. Some courses may require supervision of discussion sections taught by graduate students.

The Department of Music at the University of California, Berkeley invites applications for a pool of qualified temporary, part-time instructors to teach a range of instruments for one-on-one and/or group instruction. Teachers of Special Programs are hired as needs arise during the fall, spring and/or summer.
The majority of Teachers Special Programs positions are part of our private instruction program. It is a directed program of study, open mostly to music majors, by audition, which includes opportunities for large and small music ensembles, and private instruction. The student's program will be worked out in consultation with the supervising faculty, who will assist in finding an appropriate private instructor. The Opportunity
The College of Nursing at the University of Central Florida (UCF) invites applications for multiple full-time, 9-month, non-tenure earning faculty positions in the Department of Nursing Systems at the rank instructor or lecturer. The selected candidates will primarily teach in the online RN-BSN program, and other online courses in our graduate programs, as qualified. The positions will be located on the UCF Academic Health Sciences Campus at Lake Nona and are expected to start Fall 2026. Coordination of Health Needs
- Identify on-going needs and services of residents in promotion of the highest quality resident services to be delivered.
- Ensure proper follow through and participate with evaluation and documentation for residents with a change in health care services and status.
- Assist Resident Care Director (RCD) in conducting resident evaluations and data gathers information at time of move in, 30 days post move in, semi-annually, and with any change in status.
- Conduct monthly wellness visits for all residents.
- Monitor and follow up with residents who have experienced any fall, accident, or incident and document and report as required and directed.
- Document all pertinent information in the resident wellness file.
- Maintain communications with resident's family and or responsible party to ensure medical needs for the resident are being met.
- Contact resident's attending physician when necessary and/or upon family request.
- Ensure weights and vital signs are obtained monthly for each resident.
- Assist in maintaining wellness files according to Sunrise policies and federal and state/provincial regulations.
- Maintain medical supplies and emergency kits for the community.
- Provide clinical support and assistance to community team members as needed.
- Understand and follow infection control practices.
- Partner with the RCD and community team to promote infection control standards including any resident testing, training, and skills checks.
- Understand and practice the proper method of attending to and disposing of and the possibility of exposure to blood borne pathogens, bodily fluids, infectious waste, sharp sticks, and hazardous materials in compliance with universal care precautions.
Medication Programs
- Monitor each resident's medication and treatment profile regularly to ensure each medication and treatment is administered as ordered and documented accurately.
- Transcribe physician orders Medication Administration Record Treatment Administration Record (MAR/TAR) to include initials, date and time 'noted', and date faxed to pharmacy accurately and promptly.
- Complete MAR/TAR audit each month.
- Demonstrate and is knowledgeable of the Six (6) Rights of Medication Pass ("Right" resident, medication, dosage, time, route, right to refuse).
- Act as liaison for pharmacy services to ensure effective services for residents.
- Monitor the Medication Room, medication carts, and treatment carts for neatness, cleanliness, availability of medications, and expired medications.
- Complete Medication Observations and skills checks for medication care managers at the direction of the RCD.
Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance
- Demonstrate and is knowledgeable in the following key quality improvement areas:

The Merchandiser is responsible for providing high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands like 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai and other fan favorites to retail stores within the assigned territory.

The Merchandiser is responsible for providing high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands like 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai and other fan favorites to retail stores within the assigned territory.
About the Role
- Merchandisers are responsible for stocking and displaying our products on shelves/coolers at large accounts within a set territory.
- They will report directly to their assigned stores for their scheduled shifts and may be required to cover routes as assigned.
- Merchandisers are required to use their personal vehicle to travel among stores in their territory; however, they are not responsible for transporting our products. Our products will be delivered in advance to the stores.
- A company-issued phone will be provided with a programed app to clock in and out for scheduled shifts and to track mileage for reimbursement.

Position description
The College of Computing, Data Science, and Society at the University of California, Berkeley invites applications for a pool of qualified temporary lecturers to teach CDSS courses should an opening arise. Screening of applicants is ongoing and will continue as needed. The number of positions varies from semester to semester (fall, spring and summer sessions), depending on the needs of the unit.
About CDSS:
Established July 1, 2023, the College of Computing, Data Science, and Society (CDSS) is the first new college at Berkeley in over 50 years. The College was created to meet the demands and opportunities at a time when data touches nearly every aspect of our lives. Innovations in computing and statistics are converging to create unprecedented opportunities to use data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to tackle pressing societal challenges from human health to climate change.
CDSS offers outstanding undergraduate major programs in Computer Science, Data Science, and Statistics. Over 1,500 students graduated with a degree in these majors in Spring 2024, and one in four held a second major in another discipline. CDSS undergraduates study with faculty from a wide range of fields, where they gain the knowledge, skills, and experiences needed to succeed in today's datafied world, interact with data ethically, and masterfully engage as informed leaders.
CDSS seeks candidates who can support the success of all students through inclusive curriculum, classroom environment, and pedagogy.
Responsibilities:
CDSS is seeking outstanding instructors to be appointed in the non-Senate Lecturer title series who can teach small and large courses. We are particularly interested in instructors who can teach courses that satisfy the Human and Social Dynamics of Data and Technology requirement for the college. This requirement is designed for the purpose of developing an understanding of how technology and data interact with human and societal contexts, including ethical considerations and applications such as education, health, law, natural resources, and public policy. Examples include: Anthropology of Science, Data, and Technology; Artificial Humanities: AI, Language, and Fiction; and Data and Justice.
Teaching a CDSS course may include holding office hours, assigning grades, advising students, preparing course materials (e.g.,slides, syllabus, homework assignments), providing clear and prompt feedback on student work, and maintaining the course website.

The Opportunity
The College of Nursing at the University of Central Florida (UCF) invites applicants for multiple full-time, 9-month, tenured associate professor or professor positions. The positions will either be in the Department of Nursing Systems or the Department of Nursing Practice. The positions will be located on the UCF Academic Health Sciences Campus at Lake Nona and are expected to begin in Fall 2026.
Minimum Qualifications:
A doctorate in Nursing from an accredited institution or a research doctorate in a related discipline from an accredited institution with an earned master's degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
Unencumbered RN license. Florida licensure expected by date of hire, with an upgrade to multi-status within the first semester of contract.
A program of research and scholarly activity focused on artificial intelligence, simulation and immersive technology, environment/climate change, healthy aging, vulnerable populations, mental health, population health, quality, safety and patient outcomes, healthcare for emerging space industry, informatics, or big data analytics. Other research areas may also be considered.
A sustained record of research and extramural funding commensurate with rank.
Experience in mentoring doctoral students and early career faculty.
A sustained publication record commensurate with rank.
