Who You Are:
As a DC Planning & Reporting Senior Analyst you will be responsible for facilitating effective decision-making and business operational performance by analyzing metrics and designing reports that impact the planning and distribution center operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams for data gathering and analysis, help develop end-user performance reporting to drive improvement opportunities across the supply chain and DC Operations.
The role will be very hands on and entrepreneurial and requires past experience in analytics and warehousing. You are empowered in this role to drive operational performance improvements - identify problems, work with appropriate teams and individuals to determine solutions, and implement those solutions.
What You'll Do:
- Guide business process sessions, foster problem-solving, and conduct analyses with stakeholders. Articulate the outcomes effectively to senior leadership.
- Responsible for leading and driving cross-functional alignment within flow, KPI visualizations, labor planning and actualization to plans, ensuring financial goals are met.
- Establish operational and cross-functional partnerships to strengthen business and strategic project initiatives. Analyze system, operational data, and flow to proactively identify solutions and improvement opportunities and provide recommendations.

- Develop comprehensive labor plans and scenarios in collaboration with finance, facilities, human resources, and operation teams.
- Field operation requests: develop technical requirements, and/or write SQL to produce desired report/metric/dashboard in MicroStrategy, Power BI or Tableau.
- Anticipate and address operational and strategic requirements proactively, while innovatively improving and creating new metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to empower effective decision-making.
- Establish strong working relationships across all levels to ensure comprehensive project satisfaction and to effectively manage expectations related to functionality and deliverables.
You'll Need to Have:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Info systems or related disciplines.
- 3-5 years of experience developing business and/or technology solutions and managing multiple technical consulting projects.
- Ability to read/write SQL
- Experience with Reporting Systems such as Power BI, Tableau, and Microstrategy
- Microsoft Excel expertise

Position purpose
The Welder position responsibilities include fitting and joining and repairing metal and other weldable material by applying appropriate welding techniques in accordance with product specifications and production schedules.
Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks
- Working hours are general 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., but may be adjusted as needed to meet production needs
- Perform welding duties using a TIG welder.
- Use welding equipment to weld steel components as specified by layouts, engineering drawings, work orders, or verbal instructions.
- Work with others to assist in the welding of multi-component parts.
- Operate forklifts, hoists, hand power tools, slings, grinders, cutting torch, and other hand tools related to the jobs needs.
- Inspect and correct welds as necessary to meet product specifications.
- Read, understand, and follow job order specifications, engineering drawings, and/or work orders.
- Willingness to cross-train and perform the work of other job tasks in addition to the primary assigned position.
- Communicates with management, for assignments and to resolve machining or quality issues.
- Responsible for keeping equipment and work area clean and orderly and perform basic preventive maintenance functions on equipment. Suggest and implement improvements.
- Completes all required safety procedures prior to and during operations.

The primary responsibilities of a Brake Press Operator are to bend sheet metal in accordance with design specifications and to ensure each piece produced is free of defects. We're looking for a hardworking professional who enjoys meeting challenges and surpassing customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of Cnc Break Press experience in a manufacturing environment.
To meet these main goals, they may perform the following job duties:
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate Shear and/or Press Brake for routine established work.
- Select proper punches and dies based on material thickness and type.
- Load, install and correctly set up the tools required, and set machine parameters to ensure optimal performance of the equipment.

- Grind finished product for sandblasting.

Position Overview:
The Director of Design will lead the architectural and product design function for our client’s U.S. single-family residential platform. This role is responsible for translating the firm’s global design standards into a differentiated, scalable U.S. residential product, while balancing design excellence, constructability, cost discipline, and speed to market. The Director of Design will partner closely with Development and Construction as a core member of the U.S. leadership team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural vision and product design strategy across our client’s U.S. single-family communities.

ROLE OVERVIEW
You will be responsible for managing senior searches for the US business, working closely with the US Managing Partner and Principals. You will collaborate closely with the search team, provide strategic guidance, optimize search processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness and drive delivery excellence throughout.
You are an integral part of Miramar’s success in delivering exceptional candidate and client experiences. As part of the engine room for the business you will be providing insightful information, through a variety of tasks, including industry research, headhunting, candidate qualification, process management and client co-ordination.
As a Principal, you will lead client delivery with our Partners. This role requires at least 5 years of retained executive search experience ideally.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- This role is critical to the continued success of the US business, responsible for developing and implementing best practices for search operations, focusing on streamlining processes, enhancing efficiency, and delivering exceptional candidate & client experiences.
- Lead the search delivery team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure consistent high-quality delivery across all search assignments.
- Collaborate with search partners and consultants to understand client requirements, develop customized search strategies, and deliver successful outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, regularly assessing and enhancing search methodologies, tools, and technologies to stay ahead in a competitive market.
- Implement performance metrics and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate search delivery effectiveness, providing regular reporting and insights to leadership.
- Foster a culture of excellence, knowledge sharing, and learning within the search delivery team, promoting professional growth and development opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and emerging best practices, leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve cross-functional collaboration, ensuring effective communication and coordination between search delivery and sales principals.
- Build relationships with senior candidates within selective industry specializations, building long term relationships and candidate pipelines.
- Managing client search kick-off meetings, leading the development of the search strategy, overseeing, and leading project timescales and running regular assignment update sessions with clients.
- Conduct all interviews with senior executives on assigned searches.
- Manage and support candidates through the interview process, providing them with an exceptional service and after care.
- To act as a mentor and guide to delivery team members, and a business partner to the wider organization.
- Be a ‘Miramar - best practice champion’ – driving process orientated global standards, continuously focusing on customer experience and satisfaction.
- Ensure the Invenias database is accurate and up to date at all times.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in executive search, including search delivery & operational excellence. (Ideally the successful candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience working at a Retained Executive Search firm).
- Strong knowledge of executive search processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead, inspire, and mentor a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders effectively. Analytical mindset with the ability to drive data-driven decision-making and performance improvements.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in using search tools, databases, and technology platforms.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional candidate experiences and achieving business objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate in a fast-paced, performance focused environment.

How You’ll Impact
We are looking for an exceptional Stylist, to join our brand during a period of exciting growth! You will expertly guide clients through their Maria Tash experience to create their own unique style. Working closely with the Piercing team, you will ensure that every clients’ journey is seamless from beginning to end. The ideal stylist is passionate about jewelry and jewelry trends, enjoys working one-on-one with customers and thrives in a high paced sales environment.
What You’ll Do
- Elevate the customer’s shopping experience through customer engagement by providing honest and confident feedback while styling the customer
- Responsible for opening and closing procedures, safe management, end of day recaps & POS reconciliation.
- Advising on appropriate types of jewelry and suitable combinations of piercings
- Directing and advising clients on pricing using iPads
- Seeking product knowledge, this includes current trends
- Building relationships with customers through follow-up communication after the customer has completed their purchase, this will help with increasing average spend and UPT’s
- Guarantee client records are accurately entered and filed into our system
- Discuss with the customer aftercare; this includes how to care for the piercing as it heals, aftercare products as well follow-up with piercer to ensure proper healing
- Ensure display jewelry is replenished and organized at all times
- Maintain outstanding visual merchandising standards throughout the concession
- Keeping up to date with the latest health and safety procedures
- Involvement in outside events where required
- Achieve business sales targets
- Ring through sales with the highest level of accuracy through the POS system
- Keep sales floor, including drawers and cupboards clean & tidy and clear of debris at all times
- Attend team meetings and training when required
Who You Are
- 3+ years’ experience in retail sales
- Luxury and jewelry experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
