Join Our Team! Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) – School-Based

Phaxis Education is seeking a motivated and compassionate Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to support students in a structured and positive school environment. This is a great opportunity to make a direct impact by helping students build behavioral, social, and academic skills.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 behavioral support to students in classroom settings
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) developed by a BCBA
• Collect and track behavioral data daily
• Support students with social, communication, and coping skills
• Assist with classroom routines, transitions, and behavior management
• Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and school staff
• Utilize positive reinforcement and de-escalation strategies

What You Need

• Experience working with children or individuals with behavioral needs
• High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong patience, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to remain calm and supportive in challenging situations
