Epic Beacon Analyst (Proficient or Certified) FTE/Hybrid Schedule
Epic Certified Systems Analyst works with Epic Systems' electronic health record (EHR) software, focusing on implementation, configuration, and support.
They evaluate workflows, collect requirements, and configure the system to meet specific objectives, ensuring optimal functionality for both end-users and the organization. Additionally, they contribute to projects, offer training, and resolve issues.
Required:
- Proficient or Certified in Epic Beacon application.
- At least one year experience with build and/or maintenance of the Beacon module.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Highly organized, able to multitask as well as maintain focus on individual tasks.
- Track and document build, risks, and issues accurately in our project management software.

Work You’ll Do:
- Implementation roll-out of Epic Beacon system with continued support post implementation.
- Lead and coordinate clinical process redesign.
- Collaboratively work with users to assess needs, monitor data, implement system updates, and analyze systems for performance issues.
- Apply technical expertise to system build to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems.
- Work closely with project/operational leadership to accurately scope out build requests and provide streamlined solutions based on current system set-up.
- Lead meetings regarding project status and on-going work production coordination.
- Act as expert technical resource to development staff in all phases of the development and implementation process.

Position Summary:
The Program Director oversees assigned Beacon locations to ensure that company goals, budgets, and clinical effectiveness targets are met. They support Care Team Managers by ensuring adequate staffing and resources for high-quality care, and keep department heads informed of staffing, compliance, and operational concerns. The Program Director plans and co-chairs monthly staff meetings, ensuring that agendas are coordinated, and documentation is filed.
They also ensure the consistent application of policies and procedures, monitor Care Team Managers' workload, and review incident reports for timely submission to regulatory agencies. The Program Director communicates with regulatory agencies, assists the compliance department with corrective action plans, and manages Census, payroll costs, and EBITDA targets.
Additionally, they ensure accurate time-and-attendance reporting, manage staffing needs, and oversee new employee orientation and training compliance. The Program Director addresses personnel issues with HR, Compliance, and Executive Leadership, provides feedback on performance reviews, and manages the DSP leveling program.
The Program Director ensures individual protection, personal care, and participation in skill-building activities, maintains accurate records, and performs ongoing audits of Beacon location(s) operations.

General Summary
Responsible for driving the vision and execution of digital products (i.e., software applications), with a specific focus on enhancing search and discovery experiences, ensuring customers can easily find and engage with products across . This role offers the opportunity to work on retained executive search assignments focused on senior leadership roles within the life sciences sector, supporting experienced consultants and gaining exposure to the strategic side of executive search.
Please note: We are specifically seeking candidates with prior experience working in executive search. We are particularly interested in candidates who combine executive search experience with an ability to understand scientific roles and organizations.
This position is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of experience within executive search research who is looking to deepen their expertise in a specialized life sciences search environment.
You will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and evaluating senior leadership candidates while working closely with consultants to deliver successful search outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities
Search Strategy & Candidate Identification
- Partner with consultants to define search strategies, target organizations, and candidate profiles
- Conduct detailed market mapping and talent identification within the life sciences sector
- Build target company lists and identify high-potential leadership candidates
- Conduct outreach and initial screening conversations with prospective candidates
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
- Present candidate insights and recommendations to the consultant team
- Conduct competitive intelligence and industry research
- Identify emerging leaders, subject matter experts, and conference speakers
- Track talent movement and leadership trends within relevant sectors
- Support the full executive search lifecycle
- Participate in project kickoff meetings and progress updates
- Assist with the preparation of candidate reports, reference summaries, and search updates
- Maintain accurate candidate and client information within the firm’s CRM system
Required
- 1-3 years of experience within executive search (researcher, research associate, or similar role)
- Strong research and analytical capabilities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational ability
- Ability to synthesize large amounts of information and prioritize effectively
- Exposure to life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors
- Experience researching scientific or technical leadership roles
- Base salary: ~$90K – $125K depending on experience

Role
We are in need of a paid search/SEM rockstar join our Media Team that can identify and implement paid search recommendations and optimizations that improve results for our clients.

Areas of Focus:
Subject Matter Expert
- Keep up to date on industry news and supporting the communication of relevant updates to internal teams and clients
- Support team leadership by proactively bringing new ideas to the table
- Showcase clear understanding of the inner workings of the paid search interfaces (i.e. Google Ads)
Paid Search Management & Execution
- Assist Associate Media Director in building out paid search plans for clients
- Take ownership of basic paid search tasks including but not limited to, negative keyword research, account/campaign set up, bid strategy monitoring, identifying target keywords, etc.
- Create and manage PPC campaigns, including keyword research, bid management, and A/B testing
- Manage account/campaign pacing and budget management
- Proactively identify optimization efforts and testing opportunities
- Analyze & report on paid search data on a weekly/bi-weekly/monthly & ad-hoc basis
Required Skills:
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on Paid Search/SEM experience
- Working knowledge of Google Ads & Microsoft Ads
- Experience managing multiple paid search accounts
- Experience using Google Analytics 4
- Experience in organic search/SEO, using third party bidding tools (i.e. Search Ads 360), Google Looker Studio, and competitive insight tools (i.e. SEMRush) is a plus
- Proficiency in Google Shopping and Performance Max (PMAX) campaigns in a plus

The salary range for this position is listed below. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to budget, relevant experience, qualifications, and tenure in similar roles. Consideration may also be given to internal salary data for current or former employees in the same or similar positions.
Salary Range: $65,000-75,000 annually
