Box Assembler - Job Responsibilities and Requirement
Reading Blueprints and Specifications
Assemblers must be able to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and flat layouts to ensure the accurate assembly of box cabinets, Racks and related components. Basic Understanding of Building skills, Electrical or mechanical background is a plus.
Using Tools and Assembly Techniques
Responsibilities include bending fastening devices, fitting and securing interlocking parts, and applying touch-up paint to finished cabinets as needed.
Packing for Shipment
Assemblers are responsible for properly packing cabinets for shipment to ensure products are protected and prepared for delivery
Duties include moving materials using hand trucks or fork trucks and completing required documentation and related paperwork.
Physical Requirements
The position requires frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds, along with other physical activities such as standing, walking, sitting, bending, pushing, pulling, and grasping.
Safety Compliance

POSITION SUMMARY
The General Assembler is responsible for assembling sheet metal parts, motors, blowers, and related sub-assemblies. This role installs assemblies into units, places insulation into metal panels, and installs motors and blowers into frames. RESPONSIBILITIES
