Job Summary:
The RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team of licensed and unlicensed care givers who ensure that patients, families and significant others receive individualized high quality, safe patient care. They practice in a clinical environment that is administered by Nurse Managers and other leaders and is supported through the Wellstar Shared Governance Model. The framework for practice is steered by the Wellstar Professional Practice Model and evidence-based practice and research. RN competencies are derived from these models and supported by the Wellstar Values. Exemplary Practice and Outcomes A. Performs the Nursing Process (assessment; diagnosis; identification of outcomes; planning; implementation and evaluation) in the performance of clinical care using evidence base practice, uses analytical/critical thinking and ensuring that care is individualized; coordinating care through effective partnerships recognizing that caring is central to achieve optimal patient care outcomes B. Provides relationship-based patient centered care that is consistent with population specific characteristics (e.g. age, gender, disease, etc) in a manner that adapts service delivery to reflect an understanding of cultural diversity C. Always partners with the patient and significant others (as appropriate) using such appropriate method for setting and purpose (e.g., bedside shift report; interdisciplinary rounds; just in time and planned patient teaching; keeping the patient and significant others updated and making the patients goals the focus of the plan of care. D. Practices using current clinical practice standards. Teamwork and Collaboration A. Coordinates the delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care that promotes the professional care delivery model. Responsible for administering and managing all forms of respiratory care in accordance with physician orders and current clinical standards. The Respiratory Therapist will function as a workgroup leader and unit coordinator administering and recommending care per protocol for the assigned unit.

Job Description
The ATE (Automated Test Equipment) Technician supports the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automated testing systems used to verify the performance and functionality of electronic products. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality testing of 2 way Subscriber radio products by executing test programs, identifying failures, and supporting repair teams with accurate diagnostic information.
This role best suited for candidates with experience or training in electronics or RF testing or equivalent technical education.
Primary Responsibilities
Testing & Analysis
- Perform testing and analysis on 2 way Subscriber products (mobile and portable 2 way radios).
- Operate across two ATE lines, following standard work instructions and maintaining throughput expectations.
- Conduct daily ATE maintenance checks, basic fixture upkeep, and verify equipment readiness.
- Stand/walk approximately 80% of the shift in a fast paced electronic test environment.
Troubleshooting & Technical Support
- Provide clear feedback to repair technicians by identifying failure conditions and capturing detailed observations.
- Assist in diagnosing complex failures by supplying accurate test data and supporting root cause investigations.
- Collaborate with Quality Specialists and Technical Support Management to review test results and corrective actions.
Documentation & Reporting
- Capture defects identified during testing and log them into designated systems.

Under limited to moderate supervision, provides technical solutions to faculty, staff, and students for all aspects of classroom Academic Technologies, including but not limited to displays, complex audio and control systems, and lecture capture software. All work and results are documented within a ticketing application. Learning Environments specialists are dispatched to provide hands-on support when a remote solution is not available. IT Support Specialists (ITSS) are expected to understand and follow consistent defined processes for all service interactions, while observing established standards. - Supporting classroom A/V technology including:
- Qsys AV cores, peripherals, and designs
- Extron NAV including encoders and decoders

The Care Partner is a support care provider who functions under the direction of the Registered Nurse. The Care Partner primary focus will be to promote a positive patient experience by partnering with the nurse, physician, healthcare team and other healthcare providers to provide excellence in patient experience; and assist with daily living activities and comfort measures.
