Overview

We are partnering with a global leader in the heavy equipment manufacturing industry, to hire an Excel Data Analyst to support their Product Compliance team.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career with strong Excel skills who wants to gain hands-on experience working with data, global operations, and regulatory processes within a large, well-established organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and organize product and material data using Excel
• Utilize functions such as pivot tables, formulas, and data tracking
• Support compliance efforts by ensuring product data aligns with global regulations
• Track and manage data requests and documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather and validate information
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across multiple tasks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, operations, or similar roles
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data organization)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain
• Exposure to compliance, quality, or regulatory processes
• Experience working with large datasets

Work Environment

• Fully onsite role in Rapid City, SD (Monday–Friday)
