Job Description:

The Physical Therapist I (Entry/competent), Outpatient is responsible for the assessment and treatment of functional impairments including orthopedic injuries, neurologic conditions, oncology/lymphedema, and women’s/men’s health. The goal is to maintain or restore the patients to their maximum functional performance.

The focus of this position will be a Pelvic Health Therapist: Evaluate and treat women and men for incontinence, pre and post-partum care, sexual dysfunction, OAB and post-prostatectomy. Will help support obtaining a pelvic health certification.

Requirements:

• Required Education: Graduate of an accredited PT program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate Program).
• Preferred Education: Masters Degree in Physical Therapy or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Preferred Experience: At least 1-year clinical experience in outpatient setting but will consider new graduates.
• Required Certifications and Licensures: Current Virginia PT licensure or PT Compact license privileges.

The Senior Financial Analyst serves as a key business partner to operational, clinical, and executive leadership in a dynamic healthcare environment. This role performs advanced financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and strategic financial modeling to support decision-making, cost management, revenue optimization, and compliance in a highly regulated industry. The position requires deep understanding of healthcare economics, reimbursement methodologies (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers), payer contracts, and operational drivers such as patient volume, length of stay, case mix, and physician practice economics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, preparation, and monitoring of annual operating budgets, multi-year forecasts, and long-range financial plans for assigned departments, service lines, or the organization.
• Perform monthly/quarterly variance analysis on revenue, expenses, labor productivity, and key performance indicators; identify trends, root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Build and maintain complex financial models for scenario planning, capital projects, new service lines, acquisitions, physician compensation, payer contract negotiations, and reimbursement impact analysis.
• Analyze healthcare-specific metrics including net revenue per case, cost per discharge, contribution margins by service line/payer, denial rates, bad debt trends, and payer mix shifts.
• Partner with clinical, operational, and revenue cycle leaders to translate financial data into actionable insights; prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, and reports.
• Support month-end close processes, including accruals, allocations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation/review.
• Evaluate contracts (e.g., managed care, vendor, physician employment) for financial impact and compliance.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses for strategic initiatives such as value-based care programs, population health, cost reduction projects, or regulatory changes (e.g., CMS updates).
• Ensure financial reporting complies with GAAP, healthcare regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements.
• Mentor junior analysts and collaborate cross-functionally on process improvements and system enhancements (e.g., ERP, budgeting software, BI tools).

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required.
• Master's degree (MBA, MHA, MS Finance) or professional certification (CPA, CMA, HFMA certification) strongly preferred.

Experience:

• 5–8+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, preferably in healthcare (hospital, health system, physician group, health plan, or managed care).
• Demonstrated experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling in a complex, regulated environment.
• Prior exposure to healthcare reimbursement (Medicare/Medicaid DRG/APC, managed care contracting, RVUs, or value-based payments) highly desired.

Skills & Competencies:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, financial modeling); experience with financial systems (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan, Workday, Oracle, Tableau/Power BI) preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to distill complex financial information for non-finance stakeholders (clinical leaders, executives).
• Knowledge of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and economics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in academic medical centers, transplant programs, medical groups, or payer-side finance.

• Conducts hemodynamic monitoring of patient during procedure and reporting values to performing physician.

• Monitors delivery of radiation dose to patient to achieve safe delivery with minimal exposure to staff.

• Transmits, archives, and retrieves digital images in picture archiving and communicating systems (PACS).

• Performs quality control standards by using the optimum diagnostic imaging and performing regular maintenance of fluoroscopy equipment.

What you'll be doing:

We are seeking a technically skilled and highly organized Equipment Project Manager to lead the implementation, standardization, and performance oversight of car wash equipment across our expanding network. This role plays a critical part in supporting new site development, managing post-acquisition integration, and providing end-to-end oversight of equipment systems to ensure consistency, reliability, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, in-depth understanding of car wash equipment systems, and proven experience navigating the technical complexities of both greenfield projects and M&A environments.

Project Oversight – New Developments & Retrofits

• Oversee the full project lifecycle for equipment installation in new builds, site conversions, and expansion projects.
• Collaborate with internal development teams, contractors, and vendors to review site plans, equipment layouts, and infrastructure requirements.
• Develop and maintain documentation on equipment specs, layouts, installation standards and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation plans related to equipment delivery and integration.
• Conduct on-site visits to monitor installation quality, compliance, and performance testing.

M&A Integration – Technical Assessment & Standardization

• Conduct equipment evaluations during due diligence for potential acquisitions, identifying risks, upgrade needs, and integration opportunities.
• Lead the post-acquisition equipment standardization process, including retrofits, control system upgrades, and chemical system alignment.
• Partner with Operations and Facilities teams to ensure smooth transitions and minimal downtime during M&A rollouts.

• Manage third-party vendors, OEMs, and service providers to maintain accountability for project deliverables and service SLAs.
• Support the development of training materials and SOPs for site managers and maintenance staff regarding equipment operation and troubleshooting.

What you'll bring to the team:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Systems, Business, or a related field required.
• 7-10 years of project management experience in equipment-intensive environments (car wash, automotive service, industrial equipment, etc.)
• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects, including greenfield builds and acquisition integrations.
• Deep technical understanding of car wash systems, including conveyors, arches, chemical delivery, water reclamation, and control systems.

The purpose of this position is to perform a variety of imaging procedures, including CT and X-Rays, at a technical level not requiring constant supervision. 

• Provide technical assistance and supportive patient care to assist the physicians, nurses and other technical and administrative staff in meeting the needs of individual patients throughout the facility.
• Operate and maintain all imaging department equipment including but not limited to X-Ray, CT, CR reader, and PACS
• Perform all imaging exams in accordance with established policies, procedures, regulations, and laws and ensure the physician on duty is notified of the results
• Perform basic clinical procedures under the direction of the physician and/or nurse on duty
• Maintain all required documentation, logs, charts, forms and records in paper and electronic formats
• Collect laboratory samples and perform lab testing in accordance with established policies and procedures, as well as COLA and CLIA regulations
• Maintain an adequate supply of all reagents and consumables to perform quality testing
• Perform all routine daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic maintenance and function checks following established protocol for all imaging equipment
• Perform Quality Control as established by this laboratory
• Perform Proficiency Testing and/or Split Sample analysis periodically as established by this facility
• Retain records of all analytic activities performed for a minimum of two years
• Perform all Quality Assessment activities assigned to this position and document these activities for periodic review by the Laboratory Supervisor and/or the Laboratory Director

• Perform duties as ER Technician as needed
• Maintain an adequate supply of all reagents and consumables to perform quality testing
• Perform all routine daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic maintenance and function checks following established protocol for all imaging equipment
• Travel to all facility locations as required
• Attend staff meetings or other company sponsored or mandated meetings as required
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• High School diploma or GED, required
• Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiology Technology, required
• Associate’s degree in Radiology, preferred
• Certified as a medical radiologic technologist as required by the state in which practicing required
• Registered Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in radiography required
• Registered Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in computed tomography, preferred, with the following exceptions
  • CT certification required (Las Vegas Market)
  • CT certification required within 12 months of hire (Pennsylvania market)
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association, required
• 2+ years radiologic/imaging experience, preferred
• 1+ years of CT experience, preferred
• 1+ years of emergency room experience, preferred
• Proficiency with most X-ray/CT equipment, manufacturer’s hardware/software and PACS
• Position requires fluency in English, written and oral communication

Baptist Urgent Care is looking for dedicated and compassionate LPNs to join our team in Batesville, MS.

JOB SUMMARY:
The LPN will be responsible for greeting patients, activating patient files and providing support to patients and medical staff. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all inclusive. Other duties may be assigned.
• Greeting patients and preparing them for examination or procedure. Recording health history of patient and noting abnormal conditions for physician. Instructing patients on collection of any necessary samples and tests. Obtaining vital signs and escorting patients to rooms
• Assisting with the preparation of supplies and equipment and aiding the physician or mid-level practitioner during treatment, examination, and testing of patients
• Giving injections, administering prescribed medications as directed by physician and in accordance with nursing standards. Observing, recording, and reporting patient’s condition and reaction to drugs and treatments to physicians
• Ensuring that patient chart entries are made accurately and in a timely matter and forwarding charts as appropriate. Maintaining patient files, records, and other information
• Assisting with scheduling of tests and treatments. Arranging referrals to a specialist and obtaining pre-authorizations when directed to by the provider
• Collecting, documenting, and delivering lab specimens and obtaining lab test results and other reports
• Notifying patients of test results and follow-up appointments
• Cleaning and restocking exam/treatment rooms between procedures
• Following clinic policies for infection control in handling and disposing of infectious/hazardous waste materials
• Instructing patient and family regarding medications and treatment and discharge instructions
• Assisting the provider with physical exams and in preparing for physicals
• Contacting pharmacy to order prescriptions and notifying patients
• Keeping an accurate and up to date inventory of medications and monitoring controlled substances
• Controlling inventory and monitoring the use of supplies
• Maintaining up to date stock and monitoring and maintaining medical equipment
• Responding to and screening telephone calls for referral to nurse or physician; triaging patients to ensure productive departmental flow

WHAT'S THE SCHEDULE?
Our full-time team members work a rotating 36-40 hour/week schedule, consisting of 12-hour weekday shifts and every-other weekend.  Our PRN (per diem) team members are scheduled on an as-needed basis.

WHAT'S REQUIRED?
• A degree from an accredited school of practical nursing is required
• Experience in a hospital or clinic setting is preferred
• Must be licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in accordance with state regulations
