We’re looking for a Apparel Technical Designer to own fit and technical execution from development through production, with clear category responsibility and strong internal leadership.

Key Responsibilities

THE PURPOSE:

The Manager, Technical Design - Denim leads the technical design process for denim, ensuring products meet the brand’s fit, construction, and quality standards from concept through production. This range represents the low and high ends of the expected base salary range for this role based on the applicable location. Looking for MES Technical Consultant profiles with Executes MES installation, configuration and connectivity activities, supporting site and global teams while implementing technical guidance from client technical lead and solution architect.



Location: Kalamazoo, MI (Hybrid – 1–2 days per week in the office)

Duration: 6 Months (Possibility of Extension)

JD:

  • Executes MES installation, configuration and connectivity activities, supporting site and global teams while implementing technical guidance from client technical lead and solution architect.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Perform hand on MES installation, configuration and environment preparation and connectivity preparation for deployment, migration and upgrades.
  • Implement technical designs, standards and configuration patterns define by the client technical lead and solution architect.
  • Act as day-to-day technical contact for site teams and support cross team troubleshooting during build and validation phases.
  • Identify technical issues, risks and blockers and escalate promptly to the technical lead for resolution.
  • Create and manage project level documentation and ensure accurate handovers to operation or validation teams.
  • Collaborate with integration, authoring and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless end-to-end technical delivery.
  • Candidate will work with cross technical teams (SAP,IT-Sec, Networking etc.)
  • Candidate will work with L2 integration prod team and shall directly with solution architect.
  • Candidate should be able to handle all the activities independently and shall take care of all daily, weekly and monthly status calls with SME.

  • Collaborate with HR, Training & Development, and IT to translate business requirements into Workday configurations
  • Recommend and implement system enhancements and process improvements
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics
  • Ensure data integrity through audits, testing, and troubleshooting
  • Support Workday release cycles, including impact review, testing, and documentation
  • Provide Tier 2–3 configuration‑based HRIS support


Compensation Base salary ranges from $100k-$110k. This role is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance. (Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, geographic location, education, and consideration of internal equity.)
