Primary Purpose of Position
Demonstrates mastery of skills and extensive subject matter knowledge in carrying out assignments associated with the analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation, and proposed modification of plant specific maintenance and technical training programs (Chemistry, Engineering, Maintenance: Electrical, Instrumentation, and Mechanical, and Radiation Protection).
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
- Drives the clean energy center (CEC) and personnel performance improvement through the use of training. Develops, schedules, coordinates, and conducts performance-based maintenance or technical training programs as required by user community in accordance with Constellation's systematic approach to training model, department procedures, and with proper application of the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation phases.
- Prepares trainee examination and conducts trainee evaluations for classroom, laboratory, OJT, and simulator environments, as appropriate and conducts counseling sessions for trainees, evaluates the results, and recommends/develops individualized training programs.
- Participates in CEC support activities, i.e. outage support, root cause support, line assessment support.
- Assures the training programs are maintained current and incorporate information gained from Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO) Significant Operating Experience Reports and Constellation Nuclear Event Reports (NERs), Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Bulletins and Information Notices, CEC design change and backfit information, CEC procedure changes and revisions, new regulations, and training effectiveness reports.
- Support CEC and fleet in the areas of business initiatives, project management, refuel outage support, emergency preparedness duties, and special projects.
- Supervises the collection and maintenance of auditable training records and reports required to document training program activities.
- Participates in NRC, INPO and management audits, and prepares responses to audit findings.
- Maintains knowledge of plant operations, disciplinary skills and techniques, commensurate with the responsibility to develop and conduct effective, high-quality training.
- Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management or pursuant to company policy, including but not limited to emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs, and support of outage activities in positions outside the department.

Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Functional Oracle ERP Project Manager to lead the business-facing activities of an enterprise Oracle ERP implementation. The role is fully remote with occasional travel to UCSF in the Bay Area. The PM will focus on functional requirements, process mapping, testing coordination, training readiness, and stakeholder communication. This role reports to the Program Manager and will coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead functional project activities across planning, design, build validation, testing, and go-live readiness.

The Technical Acquisitions Manager partners closely with Acquisitions, Leasing & Trading, Product Line, Technical, Sales, and Finance teams to identify, structure, underwrite, and close asset transactions. In addition to leading technical due diligence and valuation support, this role mentors junior team members, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and contributes to the long-term growth and performance of the company’s asset portfolio. The position requires a strong understanding of the aviation aftermarket, technical records, asset condition, and financial implications of acquisition decisions.

Your role will take you to new heights, as you’ll be tasked with these essential job responsibilities:
- Support and execute acquisitions of aircraft, engines, airframes, and related components to support fleet operations and portfolio expansion.
- Develop and execute acquisition strategies aligned with company investment objectives and financial targets.
- Lead deal structuring, financial modeling, valuation analysis, and risk assessment for asset acquisitions.
- Negotiate purchase agreements, technical conditions, and commercial terms to optimize deal value and minimize risk.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to assess asset liquidity, demand, and long-term profitability.
- Review and validate financial and technical models used for bids, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
- Support the Vice President of Acquisitions in achieving annual acquisition targets and strategic initiatives.
- Lead and oversee technical due diligence activities, including asset inspections, records audits, shop visit reviews, and redelivery conditions.
- Collaborate with Technical and Product Line teams to optimize underwriting standards, asset configuration, and maintenance assumptions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, operational, and technical requirements (FAA, EASA, OEM standards) throughout the acquisition process.
- Provide expert technical input to acquisition decisions, including life-limited parts, maintenance status, and asset condition impacts.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including OEMs, MROs, lessors, and inspectors, during evaluation and acquisition phases.
- Mentor and support junior acquisitions and technical team members as needed.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across acquisition, technical review, and asset integration processes.
- Maintain, develop, and implement robust technical standards, systems, and documentation processes related to asset acquisitions.
- Provide regular updates and report to senior leadership on acquisition progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Perform additional duties and projects assigned by management.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to have:
- Strong technical knowledge of aircraft, engines, airframes, and components, including records audits and asset condition evaluation.
- Demonstrated experience supporting or leading aircraft and engine acquisition transactions in the aviation aftermarket.
- Ability to create, review, and interpret financial models supporting asset valuation, deal economics, and investment decisions.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, technical documentation, and compliance standards.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with executive leadership, technical teams, and external partners.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Ability to represent the company professionally with industry stakeholders on a global scale.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel-based financial and technical analysis.

Field Service Technical Manager

Position Summary
Virginia Transformer is seeking a Field Service Technical Manager based in Roanoke, Virginia to lead technical field support and service operations for power transformers and related high-voltage equipment. This role will oversee field service engineers and technicians responsible for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of transformers supporting utility, industrial, renewable energy, and data center customers.
The Field Service Technical Manager serves as the technical authority for field operations, working closely with engineering, manufacturing, and customer teams to ensure reliable transformer performance and successful execution of service activities.
Key Responsibilities
Field Service Leadership
- Lead and manage a team of field service engineers and technicians supporting transformer installations and service activities.
- Oversee scheduling, mobilization, and execution of field service work across North America.
- Provide technical leadership to field personnel during installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
Technical Expertise
- Serve as the technical expert for transformer commissioning, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Support complex technical investigations involving electrical, mechanical, and thermal performance issues.
- Review technical reports, test results, and field diagnostics to identify root causes and corrective actions.
Customer Interface
- Act as a primary technical contact for customers during installation, energization, and service events.
- Support utilities, EPC contractors, and industrial clients during commissioning and operational troubleshooting.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive and professional technical support.
Project Support
- Coordinate field service activities with engineering, project management, and manufacturing teams.
- Support installation planning, commissioning procedures, and site readiness reviews.
- Assist with service proposals, technical evaluations, and customer support initiatives.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify recurring field issues and collaborate with engineering teams to improve product reliability and service procedures.
- Develop and implement best practices for field service operations and technical troubleshooting.
- Support training and development of field service personnel.
Safety Leadership
- Promote and enforce strict adherence to safety standards and electrical safety practices.
- Ensure all field service activities comply with company safety programs and industry regulations.
- Lead safety briefings and ensure proper risk assessments for field operations.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field preferred.
Experience
- 10+ years of experience in field service, commissioning, or technical support for power transformers or high-voltage electrical equipment.
- Experience working with utilities, industrial facilities, EPC contractors, or power infrastructure projects.
- Prior experience leading field service teams or technical support groups.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of power transformers, high-voltage systems, and electrical testing procedures.
- Experience with transformer commissioning, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with industry standards related to high-voltage equipment and power systems.
