Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Mobility, Surveillance & Bombers (MS&B) is seeking KC-46 Mission Systems Avionics Engineers to join the KC-46 team as equipment managers in Everett, WA or Tukwila, WA . This role will primarily be responsible for supporting engineering design, integration, test, certification, and hardware/software management for assigned mission systems avionics sub-systems.
The Boeing KC-46 Pegasus is the USAF's new aerial refueling tanker aircraft designed to support multi-role missions including refueling, cargo/passenger transport, and medevac airlift. The KC-46 is a military commercial derivative aircraft based on the Boeing 767-2C aircraft and modified per USAF specifications for the primary mission of aerial refueling US and Allied aircraft using either the Hose & Drogue systems or the Boom. The KC-46 is also equipped with a suite of self-defensive and tactical situational awareness systems that allows the aircraft to get closer to the fight when supporting combat missions.

As an Electrical Project Engineer, you'll work in a unique manufacturing and dealer environment, leveraging expert-level AutoCAD and Inventor skills to craft low- and medium-voltage AC layouts, DC controls, and the logic that ties multiple gensets into advanced paralleling switchgear and smart control panels. Basic Duties
Develop exact electrical documentation
- Produce comprehensive wiring schematics, conduit schedules, and panel layouts in AutoCAD and Inventor for diesel and natural gas gensets, ensuring every reference, layer, and legend is unambiguous.
- Size and specify breakers, relays, PLC/HMI hardware, and interface circuits that integrate seamlessly with low to medium-voltage paralleling switchgear and DC control systems.
- Audit project drawings, vendor prints, and specifications against UL, NFPA 70/110, ISO, and customer standards; log variances and close them before release.
- Diagnose elusive startup, commissioning, and controls problems for technicians through root-cause-based recommendations that feed back into design libraries to improve the product.
- Translate application questions into concise recommendations and solutions and document in formal engineering notes.
- Maintain production continuity
- Follow standard protocols and proven design protocols to ensure consistent high-quality products that meet or exceed customer requirements.
- Manage the submittal dossier

Job Overview:
To better serve the global auto industry electric vehicle trend in the United States, CATL, through its U.S.-based subsidiary, CATK, is seeking multiple dedicated and detail-oriented Incoming Quality Control (IQC) Specialists to join our quality assurance team. This role is critical in ensuring that all incoming materials and components meet our stringent quality standards, thereby supporting smooth production operations and maintaining product excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Chemical IQC
- Be able to independently perform detailed chemical analysis of raw materials.
- Independently operate: GC, Karl Fisher Analysis, ICP, C-S Analyzer, BET, LPS, etc.
- Perform and maintain equipment maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and document equipment issues, implementing appropriate resolutions.
- Assist in Laboratory audits, qualification, and continuous improvement of laboratory management systems.
- Complete data processing reports and non-conformance reports based on inspection requirements.
- Promote and adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory standards.
- Assist and track MSA and equipment calibration.
- Demonstrate the ability to conduct method analysis and reevaluate testing procedures to ensure alignment with product and process requirements.
- Participate in benchmarking activities with headquarters and suppliers to optimize inspection processes and equipment.
- Promote and maintain cross-functional and inner team collaboration.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree or above in Quality Management, Science, Engineering, or a related field; with a preference in Chemical Engineering or Material Engineering.
- 1-3 years working experience in related field.
- Preferred Chemical, automotive, or cell manufacturing background
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and communication skills.
- Preferred Knowledge in MSA, ISO17025, and CMM 2-dimensional analysis.
- Proficient in office software, such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
