Position Overview
Performs scheduled and preventative maintenance to production equipment, fleet vehicles and specialized equipment. Repairs equipment and orders parts as necessary. Maintains service/repair records.
Responsibilities
- Diagnoses and repairs fleet vehicle chassis and specialized vehicle back-end tank, pump and spray systems.
- Diagnoses and repairs tractors, forklifts, small engines and specialized equipment (aerators, seeders, spreaders, etc.).
- Responsible for accurately documenting all repairs in an electronic maintenance management system.
- Maintain parts inventory and work area in clean and orderly fashion.
- Arranges, follows up and documents outsourced maintenance performed by vendors and local service providers.
- Develops and executes preventative maintenance programs.
- Prepares and manages maintenance budget.
- Responds to vehicle and equipment breakdowns in field as needed/required.
Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 1-4 years automotive mechanic experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to operate independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Computer skills with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer, etc.).

$42,002.00 - $75,602.00 This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. This position is responsible for the safe moving, staging, and parking of vehicles on Auction property, driving vehicles to and from Auction lots and customer businesses, and driving vehicles through Auction sale lanes on designated sale days and in compliance with Auction safety rules and regulations.

Job Responsibilities:
- Drive vehicles through Auction lanes on sale day in a safe manner.
- Drive vehicles to and from designated areas on Auction premises and to and from customer dealerships and businesses, while observing Auction driving rules, rules of the road and demonstrating courtesy and defensive driving principles.
- Line up and park vehicles in the correct order as directed by supervisor or team leader, move vehicles as necessary, and locate "lost" vehicles.
- Assist with getting vehicles operating as needed. If necessary, inflate tires and jump start vehicles using a battery box and air tank. Notify supervisor when a vehicle is inoperative; notify Service or Gas Truck Driver when vehicle is out of gas.
- Assist customers (i.e., dealers, account representatives, rental agencies, etc.) and coworkers as needed.
- Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such. Actively participate in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- May be required to work overtime as business needs dictate.
Qualifications:

This position collects and evaluates a patients biopsychosocial history and consults with the multidisciplinary team and patient/family throughout the hospitalization.
The Behavioral Health Therapist develops treatment plans and monitors patients progress toward treatment goals.
Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions Assesses patients problems by collecting and evaluating a detailed biopsychosocial history and consulting with the multidisciplinary team and patient/family throughout the hospitalization.
Develops patient treatment plan by establishing treatment goals and objectives with the patent/family and through consultation with the multidisciplinary treatment team.
Facilitates the implementation of the treatment plan utilizing appropriate treatment methodologies.
Schedules and completes individual, group, and/or family therapy daily.
Monitors the patients progress toward treatment goals.
Assures quality service for patients by enforcing rules, regulations, and legal requirements with patients including timely, confidential documentation of significant events and clinical interactions in the electronic health record.
Maintains health system credibility by establishing working relationships with sponsoring, advisory, and related service agencies.
Promotes the health system by ensuring an understanding of program services available for patients; publicizes activities and accomplishments.
Provides a clinical experience for interns by negotiating learning objectives; supervises practice and caseload management, teaching theory and its application; evaluates skills and personal and professional growth, ensuring identification with the profession.
Maintains current licensure and practices within the scope of licensure.
Acquires and maintains knowledge and competence related to the expectations of their position by participating in workshops, reviewing professional publications, and establishing personal networks.

- Develops an individual plan of care based on the age and assessed needs of the patient. Develops the plan in collaboration with the patient and/or family, the provider, and other members of the interdisciplinary health care team.
- Updates the plan based on changes in the patient's condition and communicates changes in the plan to other members of the team.
- Identifies realistic and measurable goals and outcomes to be attained prior to discharge. Validates these with the patient and/or family.
- Demonstrates respect for the patient's/family cultural, spiritual, and belief system in planning for care.
- Includes planning for discharge to assure continuity of care and a smooth transition post discharge from one level of care to another including appropriate referrals.
- Provides direct care to assigned patients consistent with the established nursing plan.
- Performs specific tasks based on organizational, departmental and/or unit policies and procedures within the RN scope of practice.
