This is a mid-junior level position that requires hands-on experience with rigid thermoformed packaging design concepts with experience in medical device packaging and sterile polymer barrier systems. This is a highly technical, design-focused engineering role centered on the development of rigid plastic packaging solutions for a range of consumer and industrial applications. The Position:
- Design and develop rigid plastic packaging solutions from concept through to production

Job Purpose
Able to perform various inspecting, labelling and packaging operations. Tends machines that perform one or more packaging functions, such as packing, or bundling.
Major Accountabilities
• Handling of components on packaging line and monitors for defects.
• Inspects filled container or package to ensure product is according to specifications.
• May weigh finished products to detect missing components.
• Clears line culls and documents all components discarded.
