Job Description
WHAT DOES A VP, GROUP ACCOUNT DIRECTOR DO?
Provides senior-level leadership and guidance for the interactive marketing plans for a group of clients and/or brands managed by other Account Directors. Shares responsibility for client retention by maintaining mid-to senior-level relationships, providing additional opportunities and assessing risk associated with the client. Responsible for meeting the campaigns’ financial impact on budget, target goals and objectives for both the client and for EVERSANA INTOUCH. Leads the development of the integrated solutions offered from EVERSANA INTOUCH through research, analytical metrics and strategic insight.
The VP, Group Account Director works with our clients to plan, execute, manage and analyze their digital marketing campaigns, as well as drives new initiatives and ideas forward. This individual interacts with clients on a daily basis and is responsible for building and maintaining strong partner relationships, and is a key contributor for the client’s day-to-day issues and projects. The VP, Group Account Director works closely with each of the internal departments at EVERSANA INTOUCH including Project Management, Strategy, Business Systems Analysis, Creative, Analytics, Social Media, Design and Development. This role requires experience with managing projects, timelines, cost and tight deadlines.

Job Summary
The Otte group ( ) at the School of Physics and the Center for Relativistic Astrophysics (CRA) at the Georgia Institute of Technology invites applications for a postdoctoral position to work on the Trinity Neutrino Observatory, a next-generation experiment designed to detect ultra-high-energy neutrinos using air-shower imaging telescopes.
Trinity targets earth-skimming tau neutrinos above ~1 PeV through imaging of upward-going air showers near the horizon. The first phase of the project, the Trinity Demonstrator, is ongoing and has been in its physics data-taking phase for over a year, providing a timely opportunity to lead analyses while helping define the next stage of the experiment.
This is a full-time position, 40 hours weekly.

Responsibilities
We seek a highly motivated candidate to play a central role in advancing Trinity's analysis and simulation program. The successful candidate will:
Lead the Monte Carlo simulation framework and analysis software development.
Lead analyses of Demonstrator data and drive publication efforts.
Help define the science reach, sensitivity projections, and performance requirements of Trinity One.
In addition, the candidate is expected to develop a strong and visible research program that connects Trinity's neutrino observations with the broader multi-messenger landscape, including gamma-ray, gravitational-wave, and cosmic-ray observatories.
Required Qualifications
Applicants must have:
A Ph.D. in Astroparticle Physics, High-Energy Physics, Astrophysics, or a closely related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Substantial experience in simulation and data analysis.
Demonstrated ability to work independently within a collaborative research environment.
Experience with air-shower simulations, neutrino physics, statistical inference, detector modeling, or large-scale computing frameworks is highly desirable.

The Opportunity
- True Benefit is hiring a Client Success Executive to own employer client relationships after implementation within an established ADP TotalSource PEO partnership.
- This is a post-sale, post-implementation role—no prospecting, no selling, and no people management.
- Your responsibility begins once the client is live and continues through the life of the account.
- You’ll work closely with ADP TotalSource HR Business Partners (HRBPs) embedded with clients, serving as the primary benefits expert and relationship owner focused on service excellence, retention, and long-term client health.
- This role is designed for an experienced benefits professional who values ownership, autonomy, and impact.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary post-sale point of contact for assigned employer clients
- Partner closely with ADP HRBPs supporting clients at their locations
- Own the client relationship with a focus on:
- Retention and renewals
- Service quality and escalation management
- Proactive issue identification and resolution
- Manage benefit changes, ongoing service needs, and carrier coordination
- Identify and address at-risk accounts before issues escalate
- Travel locally to client sites in Northern NJ with periodic travel to ADP’s NYC office
What We’re Looking For
- 5–10+ years of experience in employee benefits account management, client success, or post-sale service
- Strong, hands-on knowledge of group health insurance (small group experience preferred)
- Proven ability to own client relationships independently
- Comfortable in a field-based, client-facing role
- Experience working with PEO, HCM, or employer-facing environments is a plus
- Life & Health license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
