The Order Filler / Shipping Clerk is responsible for picking, packing and shipping of materials out of the warehouse to internal and external customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Picks, packs and ships outbound shipments efficiently, effectively and in a safe manner
* Manages work area and restocks product as needed.
* Prepacks product in smaller packaging that requires breakdown from bulk packaging.
* Assists in cycle count and full physical inventory as needed.
* Rotates stock according to receipt date and expiration dates to ensure proper stock rotation and use prior to expiration.
* Identifies short-dated materials upon receipt (less than 90 days of shelf life) and reports to the Warehouse Manager to determine any possible actions that may need to be taken.
* Analyzes current procedures in place and makes recommendations for process improvements to the Warehouse Manager.

Lead issue resolution meetings.
Lead risk identification, prioritization, and mitigation planning processes across the Franchise.
Manage the agendas for GMAT/Function meetings, the conduct of the GMAT/Function meetings, and the drafting of GMAT/Function meeting minutes.
Ensure full documentation of meeting discussions, decisions and action items.
Track & ensure completion of agreed action items.
Ensure appropriate archiving of project documentation.
Develop a monthly report that provides an overview of progress on all key activities, potential risks and mitigation actions.

Experience
Minimum of 3-5 years clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting
Minimum of five (3) years of healthcare management experience
Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications
Current Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license required

Big Sur Land Trust
Big Sur Land Trust is hiring a Community Programs Operations Manager to strengthen and scale our community-facing programs through strong operations, grant management, and data systems. This role ensures our programs run smoothly, meet funder requirements, and reflect measurable community impact across Monterey County.
- Coordinate program operations, workflows, and calendars
- Manage registration systems, waivers, communications, and evaluation tools
- Support grant deliverables, compliance, documentation, and reporting
- Maintain data systems, dashboards, and standardized tracking processes
- Analyze program data and produce summaries for internal use and funders
- Support cross-departmental projects and improve organizational systems
Required:
- 3+ years of experience (nonprofit, education, youth programs, environmental work, public health, etc.)
- Experience with grants, reporting, and compliance
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience developing or managing data systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to equity, inclusion, and community access
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with land trusts, parks, or environmental nonprofits
- Salesforce/registration platform experience
- Bilingual/multilingual (Spanish preferred)
