Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with ,execeptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is $70,600.00- $86,500.00.

The Field Support Representative supports dealers in an assigned region (N WI/NE IA/IL/NW IN) in preventing and solving after sale service issues for products marketed by Kuhn North America.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned within or outside of the assigned geographical area.
- Serve as the after sales service representative for dealers and customers for an assigned geographical region. Resolve customer complaints or problems concerning company products for all KNA products sold in the assigned region.
- Communicate in person or answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries regarding questions on after sales service issues, parts issues, product uses or applications. Forward more in-depth or complex service issues to the appropriate Technical Service Specialist or Technical Parts Specialist.
- Conduct training presentations (group or individual) aimed at teaching dealer personnel proper set-up, maintenance and service of KNA products and on the use of the after-sales extranet (parts lookup, parts ordering and warranty claims etc).
- Support the sales activities and goals of the Territory and Regional Managers of the assigned region. Represent KNA at farm and trade shows by assisting customers with product questions, technical inquiries and assisting with show set-up and takedown as requested. Upon request, conduct dealer inventory audit or dealer calls to low volume dealers.
- Assist with new product introductions and relay market trends to respective Product Manager (competitive products, design enhancements, etc.).
- Support dealers in after-sales customer relations. Assist in the product demonstration, new product set-up and after sales support of products marketed by Kuhn North America.
- Communicate with and advise dealership service management/personnel on a quarterly (or as needed) basis regarding TIP and service bulletins, warranty issues/questions, new machine assembly inspection, etc.
- Communicate with and advise dealership parts management/personnel regarding parts programs, early order programs, parts marketing potential etc.
- Perform field service campaigns in assigned region as required and assigned.
- Evaluate and report the dealers’ service capabilities in the assigned region, including personnel, facilities, tools, experience, and service library.
- Conduct product evaluation for assigned products in development in the assigned region.
- Participate in the Company’s team process to develop and improve service processes and procedures.

Education and/or Experience - An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in agricultural mechanics or agricultural engineering technology is preferred. BASIC PURPOSE:

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Estimating & Quoting
o Prepare detailed cost estimates for injection molded parts, including:

Position Summary:
Petrosmith, a trusted leader in the oilfield manufacturing and services industry, seeks an experienced and driven Senior Estimator to join our dynamic team. The Senior Estimator with support our Sales team in developing accurate, timely, and competitive cost estimates for engineered production and process equipment used in upstream and midstream oil and gas applications as well as other liquid and gas processing applications. This position is critical in ensuring the technical and commercial viability of our proposals. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with pressure vessels and skidded, packaged systems, along with a solid understanding of engineering and manufacturing practices.
Essential Job Functions:
- Provides accurate cost estimating services for incoming quotes regarding tanks, pressure vessels, piping, skids, controls, instrumentations and other custom-engineered equipment.
- Analyze RFQs, specifications, and drawings to determine scope, materials, labor, and timelines.
- Interpret and modify Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) and Process Flow Diagrams (PFD).
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, and Manufacturing to ensure accurate and feasible estimates. Interpret and incorporate customer requirements and industry standards into estimates.
- Utilize Infor Syteline ERP system for BOMs, costing, and quote tracking (preferred).

- Value Engineering: Participate in value engineering efforts, providing alternative cost solutions, methods, and approaches to optimize profitability and meet client needs.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or Business Administration, or a related field preferred; extensive relevant experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
- Minimum of 7 years’ progressive estimating experience in water filtration systems, oilfield surface product manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial construction environments, with a proven track record of successful project bids.
- Strong background in pressure vessels, ASME codes, and skidded/process systems.
- Working knowledge of ASME pressure vessel and piping codes.
- Proficiency with MS Office software and specifically MS Excel.
- Familiarity with Compress (pressure vessel design software) is highly desirable.
- Experience with water treatment equipment is a plus.
- Understanding of engineering drawings, P&IDs, and mechanical design standards.

Job Summary
The Cutting Tool Engineer is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of custom and standard cutting tools used in 4- and 5-axis horizontal milling machines. This role combines hands-on tool design, cutting condition analysis, supplier coordination, and direct collaboration with internal engineering teams and customers to deliver robust, production-ready tooling solutions.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Cutting Tool Design & Engineering
• Coordinate design of custom cutting tools and tool assemblies for 4- and 5-axis horizontal machining applications with cutting tool suppliers.
• Develop 3D models and assemblies using SolidWorks or NX, including toolholder interfaces and complete tool stacks.
• Perform collision detection and tool envelope validation within machining environments.
• Optimize tool geometry and tool assemblies for performance, rigidity, tool life, and chip evacuation.
Cutting Condition Analysis
• Develop and maintain Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and macros for cutting condition calculations.
• Analyze machining data to recommend optimized cutting parameters.
• Support continuous improvement efforts through data-driven tooling and process recommendations.
Standard Components & Supplier Management
• Identify, specify, and integrate standard cutting tool components if applicable and still achieve project quality and performance.
• Work directly with suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and in coordination with purchasing department the delivery targets.
• Manage supplier relationships and corrective actions.
• Participate in supplier evaluations.
Cross-Functional & Customer Collaboration
• Collaborate with the Project Engineering Group on turnkey machining systems.
• Support tooling proposals, technical presentations, and design reviews.
• Participate in tooling acceptance and validation activities.
• Provide support during installation and production ramp-up.
Documentation & Standards
• Create tooling documentation, BOMs, machining charts, specifications, and coordinate drawings from suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with internal and customer standards.
• Maintain & use Excel templates and macros for cost estimations and comparisons
• Support best-practice development.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering is beneficial but not required based on experience..
• 3+ years of experience in cutting tool applications or CNC tooling design.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks or NX and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of metal cutting theory and machining processes.
• Supplier and customer interaction experience.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with 4- and 5-axis machining centers.
• Automotive or aerospace background.
• CAM software familiarity.
