Compensation & Benefits:
This opportunity is a highly paid position without a salary cap and practice partnership possibilities are available. It provides autonomy and flexibility within the framework of a collaborative and supportive team. As part of our practice, you will have the flexibility and freedom of scheduling that allows for a healthy work-life balance, and our wonderful office staff are always available to help you coordinate, per your preference and convenience. We do not participate with or depend on Managed Care.
Our doctors are either W-2 Employees or Partners. Payroll is every 2 weeks with direct deposit and income tax taken out through ADP. This is not a salaried position but rather a position based on productivity as is the case in private practice. We will share with the Physician a percentage of the fees collected for services provided. This creates no cap on how much compensation you can earn. We will pay fifty percent (50%) of fees collected for services performed and billed by us as compensation.

To meet these requirements, you must enroll in a teacher preparation program and maintain a GPA of 2.5 or higher during your employment with us if you do not have a degree in education. Compensation
Compensation for this role is between SALARIED at $50,000 to $64,700/YEAR. Most candidates who meet job description requirements will receive an offer of $50,000 - $54,100. Please note these figures are for FULL TIME HOURS; the pay will be adjusted to reflect PART TIME HOURS.

Chamberlain College of Nursing seeks Part-Time Clinical Nursing Faculty interested in teaching with our BSN Nursing program.
You will be mentoring students in person at an inpatient clinical setting located in the Anchorage, Alaska area. You'll be making connections between what our students are learning in the classroom and during simulations, with the real-world applications in patient care they are experiencing on-site. - Active BLS certification (American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or Military Training Network)
- At least two years professional experience within last five years in the area of instruction as a registered nurse

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected compensation rate for this position is between $1,120 per assignment to $7,245 per assignment.
