Key Responsibilities
As a Pre-Litigation Attorney, responsibilities include:
- Managing all phases of personal injury cases from intake through settlement
- Conducting thorough investigations to evaluate liability and damages
- Drafting and filing pre-litigation legal documents
- Negotiating settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
- Providing consistent, high-quality client communication throughout the lifecycle of each case
Qualifications
- Active member in good standing with the State Bar
- 3+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience
- Strong knowledge of California personal injury laws, regulations, and procedures
- Excellent research, analytical, and case strategy skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven success managing cases independently and achieving favorable outcomes
- Experience preparing legal briefs and advising clients
- Ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys and support staff
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Bilingual candidates preferred but not required
The annual salary for this position is between $130K-$150K annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work with high-net-worth individuals and families on sophisticated estate planning and administration matters within a collaborative, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on advanced estate planning strategies, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and tax-efficient wealth transfer planning.
- Oversee complex estate and trust administration matters, including probate and fiduciary proceedings.
