Job Title: Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney
Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite – 5 days/week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from inception through resolution
- Handle all aspects of litigation including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
- Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and settlement negotiations
- Work on complex cases including medical malpractice, trucking, auto accidents, birth injury/defects, and aviation matters
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff on case strategy
Qualifications:
- 3–15 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation
- Strong experience in one or more of the following: medical malpractice, trucking, auto, birth injury/defects, or aviation
- Trial experience or strong desire to get into the courtroom
- Ability to independently manage cases and meet deadlines
- Licensed and in good standing in Illinois

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between [$120,000 – $160,000]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
