The Role
We’re hiring a Product Development Manager to own our product development pipeline across a diverse and growing portfolio of clients in music, entertainment, and apparel. You’ll lead the full product lifecycle, from concept and sampling through production and delivery, while managing relationships with factories, vendors, and internal teams.
You’ll own the production workflow end to end and make sure every product ships on time and on spec. A big part of this role is building a production operation that can move at the speed of culture. When a moment hits, we need product ready fast, and you’ll be the person making sure we can do that. What You’ll Do
Product Development & Lifecycle

- Maintain and refine product development calendars, aligning internal milestones with client launch dates, tour schedules, and seasonal drops.

Vendor & Factory Management
- Source, evaluate, and manage domestic and international vendors for cut-and-sew, blanks, accessories, and specialty items.

- Conduct quality control on incoming samples and finished goods, holding vendors accountable to El Famoso’s standards.

- Manage the product development workflow in our PLM system alongside , keeping order status, timelines, art approvals, and vendor comms up to date across both platforms.
- Build and maintain documentation: vendor onboarding guides, product development playbooks, and department training materials.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through better vendor relationships, process automation, or smarter tooling. We’re an AI-forward shop and encourage creative use of tools.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with account managers to scope new product requests with realistic timelines and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with fulfillment and warehousing on inbound shipment scheduling, receiving expectations, and inventory handoffs.
- Support tour operations with merchandise production timelines, ensuring product is ready for on-the-road inventory needs.
What You Bring
Required
- 5+ years in product development, production management, or merchandise operations, ideally in apparel, music merch, or branded consumer goods.
- Proven track record managing vendor relationships across domestic and international factories.
- Experience managing or mentoring direct reports (production coordinators, assistants, or similar).
- Familiarity with the full apparel production cycle: tech packs, grading, sampling, bulk production, and quality assurance.

Position Overview
The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for the organized, on-time execution of all projects originating from the marketing department, as well as cross-functional initiatives that require marketing coordination. Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Execution
- Own the end-to-end tracking and coordination of all active marketing projects using Asana, ensuring that tasks, owners, deadlines, and dependencies are clearly documented and consistently maintained.
- Facilitate project intake, scoping, and prioritization in partnership with the Director of Marketing, establishing clear timelines and resource requirements before work begins.
- Serve as the primary point of coordination for cross-functional projects that involve marketing alongside retail operations, production, wholesale, or other departments, keeping all parties informed and accountable.
- Work closely with internal staff, contractors, architects and other stakeholders on space-oriented projects, such as new store buildouts/openings and remodels.
- Proactively identify risks to timeline or scope, surface blockers early, and facilitate resolution so that projects stay on track without requiring escalation.
- Conduct project closeouts including documentation of outcomes, lessons learned, and any follow-on action items, building institutional knowledge over time.

- Support the onboarding of new team members by orienting them to team workflows, project tracking standards, and communication norms.
Executive & Director Support
- Provide regular administrative and operational support to the Director of Marketing, including meeting preparation, agenda creation, follow-up tracking, and calendar coordination as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of internal marketing reports, performance summaries, and presentation materials intended for the Director of Marketing or the Verdes executive team.
- Draft and refine internal communications on behalf of the Director of Marketing, including cross-departmental updates, project status communications, and team announcements.
- Support executive team needs on an as-needed basis, including coordination of cross-functional initiatives, documentation of meeting outcomes, and follow-through on action items.
Scheduling, Coordination & Administrative Operations

- Coordinate with the Director of Marketing and other department leadership on the Verdes innovation calendar, ensuring that projects involving new product development are timed and tracked appropriately across multiple different workstreams.

- Own certain procurement and vendor-related activities that support successful project execution.

Qualifications
Required
- Candidates with an active PMP certification are strongly preferred. Candidates with a CAPM certification and/or actively pursuing a PMP certification are also strongly encouraged to apply.
- Associate’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or similar.
- 3–5 years of experience in a project management, marketing operations, or closely related role.

Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated salary range for this position is $58,000 – $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience and the depth of demonstrated project management expertise. Candidates with an active PMP, a strong track record of cross-functional project execution, and experience supporting senior leadership will be considered toward the upper end of the range.
