In this role, you will supervise clients during the sleeping hours in a manner that ensures their safety and security.
You will complete and document regular room checks throughout your shift.
You will also assist in the management of the morning wake-up routine by educating, guiding, and directing clients in a manner that promotes their growth and development.

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides primary health care and performs selective medical services under the direction of clinic physicians. Responsible for diagnostic and therapeutic management of patients by completing medical histories, conducting physicals, establishing diagnosis through tests, and formulating treatment plans. LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION

Trains patients and care partners on self-care home hemodialysis (HHD) or peritoneal dialysis (PD) techniques, equipment use, infection control, and emergency procedures. Home Dialysis nurses will also conduct home visits to assess the environment and ensure safety and compliance. Home Dialysis nurses will also be required to take on call responsibilities for patient and care partner support during and after office hours, and on holidays. Performs the nursing process in a safe therapeutic manner in a designated clinical setting. Provides direct patient care (HHD/CAPD/CCPD) and monitoring of renal dialysis patients. LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
