Role Overview

The Security Manager ensures that every person entering hospitality spaces overseen by On Location, from VIPs to fans and contractors, is authorized to be there. You will oversee and manage a diverse workforce of security access staff and maintain the integrity of the venues to ensure a safe, secure, and seamless flow of people.


Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Leadership & Training

  • Team Oversight: Lead and brief a team of On Location Access Staff on matchday protocols.
  • Ensure the proper placement of On Location Access staff at the identified locations and that positions are staffed according to On Location and FIFA requirements


2. Access Control

  • Venue Management: Enforce strict access rules for restricted areas, including but not limited to On Location’s: Pitch-side Lounges, VIP Lounges, Pavilions, Villages, and vehicle and vendor access when applicable.
  • Problem Solving: Act as the primary escalation point for accreditation discrepancies and failed ticket scans.


3. Safety & Security Integration

  • Crowd Flow: Monitor ingress and egress points to prevent overcrowding and ensure that emergency exits remain clear and accessible.
  • Inter-Agency Liaison: Coordinate, Venue IT, and FIFA Accreditation teams to align security screening with technical data flows.
  • Reporting: Provide real-time data to the Venue Operations Center (VOC) regarding attendance numbers and security incidents in coordination with FIFA Security.
  • Emergency Management: Ensure all emergency action procedures for all identified risks are documented, briefed, and trained by all staff at each venue.


Required Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 5+ years in security management, with a specific focus on stadium operations or large-scale international events.

Soft Skills: Calm under extreme pressure; ability to make decisions in high-stress, live environments, all while ensuring the highest level of guest experience.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Sports Management, or a related field (or equivalent employment and field experience).

Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory. Fluency in Spanish is required for the Mexico-based venues.

Job Summary

During any emergency situation the Guard Building is the hub for communication and management of unwanted events. Keeping confidentiality of the department's activities is the utmost importance and must always be adhered to. Must be alert at all times, monitoring surveillance, parking lots, entrance ways and flow of people traffic. The accurate scaling of incoming milk is a top priority as it is our number one resource.
From your EXPERTISE to ours:Key responsibilities for this position include:* Communicate with security Supervisor, or other staff to resolve problems.* Ensures incoming milk loads are processed accurately following all protocols in place and reports and issues to supervisor.* Adhere to visitor entry log, do not allow visitors in unless they are on the log, the only exception is unannounced regulatory entities. * When asked by management, be able to look up license plate and or tag numbers in order to correct parking violators of safety and security.* Accurately reads meters as required and enters the data in the proper spreadsheet.* Follow crisis management procedure based on the different unwanted events.* Patrol site to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.* Ensures all facilities, grounds and parking lots are properly lit, reports any areas not in compliance.* Evict trespassers, rude violators, or other security threats from the premise.* Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.* Monitor access and flow of inbound and outbound vehicles to prevent unsafe conditions related to traffic.* Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.* Answer telephone calls to take messages, answer questions, and provide information during non-business hours. * Respond to medical emergencies by administering basic first aid or by obtaining assistance from paramedics.* Answer alarms and investigate disturbances.* Extended or off work hours may be required.

The Card Cellar is seeking a driven and experienced General Manager to lead our premium collectible card business from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to be involved in every stage of the process — from pre-opening and store build-out to day-to-day operations — shaping a best-in-class retail and live selling experience.


The ideal candidate is passionate about sports cards, TCG, grading, and live breaking, with proven leadership skills and hands-on experience in retail or collectibles. This role will require operational excellence, strategic thinking, and the ability to build strong relationships with vendors, partners, and the collector community.


Responsibilities:

Pre-Opening Leadership:

  • Coordinate store build-out, including contractors, layout design, display installation, and merchandising plan.
  • Select and implement POS, inventory management, and integrated e-commerce/live selling systems.
  • Develop all operational processes, from product intake to in-store presentation, shipping, and returns.
  • Create the store’s operational manual for future team onboarding and training.

Operational Management (Post-Opening):

  • Oversee all daily store operations, ensuring premium customer service and sales performance.
  • Manage integrated inventory across physical store, e-commerce, and live selling platforms (Whatnot, Fanatics Live, etc.).
  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales and event team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager, Store Manager, or similar leadership role in retail, preferably in collectibles or hobby industry.
  • Deep knowledge of sports cards, TCG, grading services (PSA, BGS, CGC), and live breaking formats.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience implementing operational systems and processes from scratch.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Proficiency in business reporting, budgeting, and vendor negotiations.
  • English fluency required; Spanish is a plus.


Nice to Have:
