Essential Job Duties

  • Develop and lead the overall security strategy for the property
  • Manage all physical security operations, policies, and systems
  • Lead risk assessments, audits, and emergency preparedness efforts
  • Oversee crisis response, including natural disasters, workplace threats, and more
  • Collaborate across departments including IT, HR, Legal, and PR to ensure enterprise-wide safety
  • Partner with law enforcement, vendors, and regulatory agencies
  • Train and empower staff on best practices in safety, emergency response, and compliance


Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in security/public safety, with 5+ years in leadership
  • Strong background in crisis management, risk mitigation, and physical security systems
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Certifications such as CPP or PSP are a strong plus
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to act decisively under pressure


The expected hiring range for this position is $115,000 to $140,000 annually, commensurate with experience and location.

Qualifications:
  • 18 years of age or older. Applicants must possess a valid Driver’s License. Applicants enrolled in an associate’s or bachelor’s level criminal justice or related program.
  • Must be able to stand and/or walk up to 8 hours at a time and as many as 12 hours a day. This includes standing at a fixed position for extended periods of time.
  • Must be capable of working in all outdoor weather conditions – regularly exposed to direct sunlight, wet/humid conditions, extreme cold, and extreme heat for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift up to and including 25 lbs. consistently.
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to speak, understand, read, and write in English language.

The Account Manager is accountable for day-to-day operations of an assigned account, including hiring, training, disciplining and terminating staff. Build, improve and maintain relationships with clients and employees: develop & retain staff; coordinate needed support services and solve problems to effectively run the account. Maintains or oversees maintenance of weekly operating schedules and completion of payroll for assigned security personnel. Provides after-hour emergency response as required.
Essential Functions

* Supervise the day to day security operations of an assigned client site
* Manage a team of security officers, site and/or shift supervisors including hiring/selection, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development and support
* Ensure the client site is provided with high quality security services to protect people and property
* Build, improve and maintain effective relationships with both client and employees
* Coordinate necessary support services to effectively manage client site to meet or exceed financial and operational goals and provide quality customer service

Additional Responsibilities

* Ensure all required reporting and contract compliance requirements are met.
* Assure regular communication of issues or program with Client
* Handle any escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately.
* Other management responsibilities as determined by Client or District Manager.
* Communicate staffing needs via Requisition Form; assist recruiters in identifying, interviewing and hiring quality candidates.
* Develop staff in both technical and professional skills through performance management (coaching, counseling, disciplining, annual formal performance evaluations, recognition, etc.)

* Develop / maintain operational procedures so that a valid, site-specific OPM and post orders are always available for emergency reference by the security staff.
* Manage uniforms, equipment, supplies and vehicles utilized at the account(s), maintaining appropriate inventories and maintenance checklists.
* Take a proactive role in communicating with the client and meeting his needs; meet with regularly, listen to issues, provide security and technical expertise and solutions. Ensure complete customer satisfaction.
* Capably utilize WINTEAM for scheduling and billing, and to produce reports (such as Scheduling Activity, Training Summary and Training Detail reports) that require interpretation and action for effective business management.
* Enforce Med Security policies as outlined in the handbooks, executive memos and on the portal.

Qualifications

* Four-year degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration or related field
* Previous Contract Security, facilities management, military or law enforcement experience
* At least 2 years of business management/operations/supervisory experience (depending on size/scope of client).
* Ability to develop and grow customer relationships.
* Experience in hiring, developing, motivating and retaining quality staff.
* Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills required.
* Ability to work in a team-oriented management environment with the ability to work independently.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities, complex situations, a diverse team of employees and client requirements on an ongoing basis.
* Previous payroll, billing and scheduling experience preferred.

Job Description: Our Flex Officers are trained to work at every job site within SGT. This includes working mobile vehicle patrol. We depend on our Flex Officers to work a job site whenever there is a call off or a fire watch. Typical mobile patrol duties are to look for anything unusual, enforce parking rules, scan checkpoints, write detailed reports w/pictures, and respond to calls for service like an alarm or noise complaint.


Summary: Essentially we depend on our Flex Officers for just about everything. We are still a startup company so you must be "ALL IN" on this opportunity, which simply means you are dedicated to do whatever is needed to take care of our clients. Normally we work 8 hour shift, however sometimes this means working 12 hour shifts and working extra days to help cover open shifts. However, our goal is for everyone to be able to make great money and not have to work overtime on a regular basis.

Job Summary

As the Training Supervisor, you will provide training regarding a variety of security topics in support of a new, dynamic new contract with Inter-Con Security. You will conduct practical exercises in addition to classroom lectures. You may be required to conduct research and provide recommendations regarding the integration and application of security program policies. You may be required to provide analysis, recommendations, and assistance regarding new or existing security requirements.

You will oversee the maintenance of compliance with Inter-Con requirements, as well as local, state, and/or federal authorities, entities, or other oversight/advisory boards with regards to training and record-keeping as required for documentation, analysis, and reporting purposes. You will lead and/or assist efforts in the development of training manuals, multimedia visual aids and other educational materials as necessary.


Primary Responsibilities

Training program experience that includes but is not limited to:

  • Using a standard classroom instruction format supported by and developed by way of an academic β€œInstructional System (IS)” like format.
  • Developing training programs, PPTs, syllabus, testing material, etc.
  • Knowledge and experience with different training delivery methods (OJT, Web-based, etc.) and types (technical, professional, team, safety, etc.).
  • Assign training to personnel as applicable.
  • Schedule personnel to attend applicable training.
  • Be a certified instructor for CPR, AED and Adult First Aid (certifications accepted include Red Cross, ASHA, etc.)


Requirements and Qualifications

  • Be a citizen of the United States.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Law Enforcement, Criminal Justice, Police Science, Public Safety and/or related field is preferred. Instructional Design or Learning Development Certification a plus.
  • Computer proficiency required to include experience with Excel, Word, and Power Point.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a training, education, instruction, professional development, military and/or police training administration environment or equivalent.

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Function as a Cashier and/or Stocker and act in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Assist in setting and maintaining plan-o-grams and programs. Key Responsibilities

* Cable Infrastructure: Pulling and routing low-voltage cabling (Cat5e/Cat6) through commercial/residential ceilings or conduits.

* Networking: Installing and configuring basic network hardware (Switches, NVRs, Routers) to bring the system online.
