Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Representative. The Registered Occupational Therapist (Pediatrics) provides high quality assessment and treatment to pediatric patients to help develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and to help develop cognitive skills.

  • Prepare for, administer, score, and interpret initial evaluations and re-evaluations including writing a report.
  • Prepare for and provide therapy for treatment sessions.
  • Complete a daily note for every treatment session (should be completed within 72 hours).
  • Fulfill paperwork requirements for progress notes, plan of care updates, and prior authorizations based on insurance company.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about treatment and home programming.
  • Develop home programming when appropriate.
  • Participate in staff meetings and/or staff coordination when appropriate.
  • Complete required tasks for billing.
  • Supervise COTA when applicable (including duties required to meet supervision requirements per state and licensure).
