ABOUT THE ROLE:
Skechers Digital Team is seeking a Digital Data Architect reporting to the Director, Digital Architecture, Consumer Domain. This role is responsible for designing and governing Skechers’ Consumer Data 360 ecosystem, enabling identity resolution, high-quality data foundations, personalization, loyalty intelligence, and machine learning capabilities across digital and retail channels.
The ideal candidate will be a strong technical leader, have hands-on full-stack technical knowledge in enterprise technologies related to Skecher’s consumer domain, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Responsible for the full technical life cycle of consumer platform capabilities which includes:
- Capability roadmap and technical architecture in alignment to consumer experience
- Technical planning, design, and execution
- Operations, analytics/reporting, and adoption
- Define and evolve Skechers’ Consumer Data 360 architecture, including identity resolution (deterministic and probabilistic matching) and unified customer profiles.
- Architect scalable data models and pipelines across CDP, CRM, e-commerce, marketing automation, data lake, and warehouse platforms.
- Establish enterprise data quality frameworks including validation, deduplication, anomaly detection, and observability.

- Design and oversee ML pipelines supporting personalization, churn modeling, and recommender systems.
- Partner with Data Science teams to productionize models using distributed platforms such as Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow preferred).
- Ensure secure data governance, access control (RBAC/ABAC), and compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and related privacy regulations.
- Provide architectural oversight ensuring performance, scalability, resilience, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives (LTV growth, personalization lift, engagement) into scalable data solutions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related degree or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years experience architecting enterprise data platforms in cloud environments.
- 9+ years experience with data engineering with a focus on consumer data.
- 6+ years experience working with Salesforce platforms, including data models and enterprise integrations.

Project Manager — Financials, Contracts & License Management
Role Summary
This role is accountable for end-to-end financial stewardship, contract oversight, and software license management across one or more technology and business transformation projects. This role ensures projects are delivered within approved budgets and commercial terms, that supplier/customer obligations are met, and that all software licenses are compliant, cost-effective, and aligned to project phasing. The PM partners closely with Finance, Procurement/Legal, Architecture, and Workstream Leads to maintain transparency, control, and audit-readiness throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
1) Project Financial Management
- Build and own the project financial plan (baseline budget, forecast, and funding profile) including labor, third-party costs, hardware/software, contingency, and capitalization policy treatments.
- Run monthly/quarterly financial cycles: actuals reconciliation, accruals, re-forecasting, variance analysis, and corrective actions; prepare executive-ready financial dashboards.
- Track cost to complete (CTC), estimate at completion (EAC), burn rate, and earned value (BAC/EV/AC/CV/SV); maintain change logs for scope/budget movements.
- Drive purchase requisitions, POs, goods receipts, and invoice approvals on schedule; resolve mismatches (3-way match issues, rate cards, SOW misalignment).
- Ensure compliance with internal controls (delegation of authority, capitalization vs. expense, audit traceability) and any industry-specific requirements.
2) Contract & Commercial Management
- Coordinate drafting, negotiation, and administration of statements of work (SOW), change orders, and service agreements with vendors and partners.
- Maintain the contract register: obligations, deliverables, milestones, acceptance criteria, SLAs, warranties, and termination/renewal dates.
- Monitor supplier performance against contractual terms; lead acceptance reviews, track service credits, and escalate non?conformance.
- Manage financial/commercial risks (indexation, FX exposure, price escalators, IP/usage rights, liability caps) and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Align contract deliverables with project schedule and gating (design sign-off, test completion, go-live) to protect value realization.

- Create and maintain the project license plan: entitlements, metrics (user, device, processor, core), environments (dev/test/prod), and phase-in/phase-out.
- Coordinate true-ups/true-downs, subscription renewals, and audit responses; prevent over-deployment and shelfware through continuous reconciliation.
- Optimize licensing costs via role-based access, right-sizing tiers/editions, and retiring unused entitlements; track indirect access and integration impacts.
- Ensure license compliance across vendors (e.g., ERP, analytics, middleware, testing tools) and align with security/identity governance.
- Partner with Architecture and PMO to map license needs to cutover waves, training, and hypercare.
4) Governance, Planning & Delivery Control
- Integrate financial/contract/license checkpoints into the master schedule and stage gates; maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) with financial/commercial tags.
- Facilitate steering committee updates, highlighting financial status, contract risk, and license posture with clear decisions and actions.
- Lead change control (scope/cost/time), ensuring business cases, approvals, and contract changes are synchronized.
- Coordinate with Workstream PMs to ensure budgets, resource plans, and vendor deliverables are aligned and traceable to requirements.
- Support testing, cutover, and hypercare with the necessary commercial and license readiness (e.g., trial keys, temp entitlements, production activations).
Qualifications & Experience
- Demonstrated experience managing SOWs, change orders, and software licensing for complex platforms (ERP, SCM, CRM, MES, analytics).
- Strong financial acumen (forecasting, EAC/ETC, earned value, variance analysis) and command of procurement/AP processes.
- Prior experience working with Finance, Legal/Procurement, and Architecture/Security in a regulated or audit-sensitive environment.

- Financial Control: Budgeting, forecasting, accruals, capitalization policy, EVM, KPI reporting.
- Commercial & Contracting: SOW drafting, vendor negotiation, performance management, risk allocation.

As the Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the shuttle. You will have a range of duties in order to assist team members including:
- Safely transport guests and luggage to and from the Train Depot and town
- Perform light maintenance duties
- Greet arriving and departing guests
- Wash, vacuum and service vehicle at the beginning and end of each shift

Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled assembler to perform a variety of tasks as assigned in conjunction with the assembly of our product. You will ensure all parts fit correctly and are suitable for the final product. This position is responsible for safely performing high-level continuous work to quality standards. Assignments may change based on business demands.
You must have desired technical knowledge and possess great manual dexterity. Ability to interpret instructions represented in manuals, drawings, schematics etc. and follow them with precision.
Responsibilities:
- Performs all mechanical assembly operations of sub-assemblies and package assembly, all sensitive and very detailed assembly operations, some electrical, instrumentation and control elements of the package, and functional test set up including in-process quality checks and tests.?
- Performs disassembly and rebuild of air ends, or sensitive rotating assemblies.
- Reads and interprets engineering drawings, specifications, assembly instructions, bills of material, and quality control documents.?
- Takes responsibility for quality and work content performed in the applicable operation by signing off on the appropriate documentation prior to indexing to the next step in process.
- Insures that all tools used in performing job duties are within calibration, as stated on calibration sticker. Where discrepancies arise, immediate notification of supervisor occurs.
- Performs job duties with limited supervision.
- Maintains clean, orderly, and safe work area and follow all safety rules and procedures.?
- Identifies safety concerns and drives for successful resolution.
- Assists in the training of other department personnel as required.
