What You Will Do:
- Plan, set-up, prepare and perform fabrication, assembly, test and associated precision fabrication processes.
- Plan, set-up and operate a variety of tools and equipment such as power presses, band saws, belt sanders, expanders, and power shears to cut, form, trim, fit, roll, bend, drill and saw material to fabricate detail parts following established methods and procedures.
- Plan, set-up, and perform resistance spot welding and salt braze processes.
- Operate a variety of conventional and CNC/NC equipment to perform milling, drilling and turning operations to established methods and procedures.
- Plan, set-up, edit programs, and operate various presses and lasers to cut and form details.
- Plan, set-up, and perform pressure, leakage and functional tests.
- Plan, set-up and operate furnaces for processes such as drying, annealing, aging and curing product.
- Receive, unload, check, record, prepare, inventory, store, disburse, and deliver a variety of materials, products and equipment.
- Maintain rough stores, cribs, gage cabinets, and point of use storage areas. Order, organize, and store such items as supplies, materials, chemicals and tools.
- Safety wire, prepare product, make and apply nameplates and package for shipment.
- Fabricate and repair containers.
- Participate in review, analysis and ordering of purchased parts and materials to ensure appropriate inventory levels. Communicate with suppliers on delivery and quality concerns.
- Review open purchasing and shop part requirements. Review regularly with internal suppliers and purchasing. Coordinate and expedite deliveries as required.
- Perform visual, dimensional and functional inspection using variable measuring instruments such as micrometers, verniers and checking fixtures.
- Mix and apply bonding agents, coatings and chemicals.
- Check calibration of gages, instruments and equipment in accordance with established procedures. Record and document as required.
- Prepare test pieces and micros using equipment such as grinders, cutters, sanders, polishers and mounting presses.
- Sharpen or modify tools, make up simple forming dies, tooling and templates.
- Perform periodic maintenance such as cleaning and lubricating fixtures and equipment, adding fluids, charging filters and tightening hardware.
- Participate in audits of processes, procedure and work areas.
- Use computers and office equipment to record and process transactions.
- Utilize and maintain all necessary documentation such as logs, reports, charts, sampling plans, statistical process control records and nonconformance documents.
- Instruct one or two fellow employees in proper performance of duties.
- Utilize statistical methods to monitor process control and capability. Use data to investigate areas for potential process improvement.
- Improve processes and solve problems in cooperation with fellow employees and technical support.
- Move parts and materials to designated locations in accordance with material flow procedures, and initiate follow-up lists.
- Keep equipment and surroundings neat, clean and organized.
- Perform related duties as required within the scope of this job function.
- 3rd Shift: 12am to 7am, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications You Must Have:
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
- 1-2 years of experience in quality control and inspection processes.
- Prior use of air tools and fixtures to set-up parts for welding and understanding of location gages such vernier calipers and depth micrometers.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Sheet metal working skills such as grinding, bending, cut-off tools, polishing, deburring.
- Experience completing pressure test, assembly of Heli coils, riveting, and spot welding.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in quality control and inspection processes.
- Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and other quality assurance methodologies.
- Experience with the use of precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment.

About the position:
The Quality Lab Sensory Analyst position at Givaudan involves evaluating flavoring products and incoming ingredients through sensory evaluations and basic physical-chemical. Under general supervision, the analyst will identify and document non-conforming products, applying simple corrections as necessary. The role requires performing basic equipment calibrations and supporting various laboratory functions as directed. The analyst will enter test results into the computer system, SAP, leading to either approval or rejection of products based on the evaluations conducted. In addition to the core responsibilities, the analyst will support miscellaneous lab functions, which may include pre-shipment sample processing, filing retain samples, maintaining lab supplies, and disposing of liquid hazardous waste.
The role also involves identifying out-of-specification results and applying simple corrections, as well as documenting and communicating non-conformances to higher-level quality personnel and operations as needed. The analyst will analyze and collect data for investigations and must work in accordance with all relevant requirements, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), American Institute of Baking (AIB), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), and internal safety guidelines. Participation in site training sessions and improvement projects related to quality, food safety, safety, problem-solving, lean manufacturing, and 5S is also expected. Overview
The pay range for this position ranges from $30.04/hr - $33.36/hr. Install of ships equipment which includes general machinery, main machinery, weapons systems, remote operating gear etc. which involves layout, tacking, grinding, drilling, reaming, spot facing, bolting, torqueing, testing etc. (but not limited to). And/or Responsible for safely activating, testing and operating of ships, main propulsion and auxiliary systems in accordance with approved procedures, practices and policies. Responsible to comply with approved Departmental Operating Instructions. Read and interpret test memos. Participate in sea trials and work list ship systems to provide direction to the construction mechanics.
Responsibilities
High School Diploma or GED preferred. Experience using basic shop tools, tacking, hand tools, torqueing and portable drilling tools. 2 years Trade or Technical schooling in a mechanical field, or at least 3 years of experience working in a mechanical Field And/or Any of the following: Valid USCG engine license or QMED certification for steam, motor or gas turbine engines A minimum of 3 years Navy or Coast Guard experience in engineering position, minimum E4 pay grade A minimum of 3 years successfully operating and testing shipboard systems
Qualifications
Required - Must be able to read blueprints in detail. Required - Must be able to do layout, read measuring tools, tape measure, inside and outside micrometers, Vernier or dial calipers, and perform simple math calculations. Preferred - Knowledge of equipment alignment, machining, torqueing methods. Preferred - Gas Turbine operating experience Preferred - Hydrostatic flushing and testing systems. Required - Must meet the requirements of the O04 physical task analysis.

Job Description
Title: Upper Grade Academic Support Specialist - Full Time
Position Description:
This is a full-time position at Brawerman West as an Upper Grade Academic Support Specialist with responsibility for working with Grades 3-6 students with varying challenges in accessing the curriculum. This is a highly collaborative position, requiring both expertise and flexibility. The Upper Grade Academic Support Specialist is responsible for coordinating accommodations for students and supporting teachers, in collaboration with and under the supervision of the Director of Student Support. As a member of the Brawerman West Academic Support Team, the Upper Grade Academic Support Specialist will develop and curate resources to aid teachers in research-based teaching practices, provide ongoing support and professional development for teachers, coordinate and support accommodation plans for students, provide small group and individual instruction for students recommended for support, and provide parents with relevant resources.

Responsibilities:
- Support students directly in 1:1 coaching sessions and in small group academic and curricular support
- Support student learning by pushing into classrooms
- Use a variety of assessment techniques to monitor student progress toward goals
- Work directly with educators to evaluate and implement strategies for supporting students
- Assist in identifying students who may need additional diagnostic testing for learning differences
- Interpret psychoeducational testing and design accommodation plans to be implemented by classroom and learning support educators
- Communicate with students and parents regarding accommodations and support
- Maintain accurate and complete records
- Manage and further develop a multi-tiered support process
- Manage referrals for student support through Student Support Team Meetings
- Work collaboratively with the Director of Student Support and the Student Support Team to optimize student growth and support
- Perform other duties as assigned by administration
Required Qualifications:
- Professional background in education with an emphasis on special education and/or educational therapy
- Minimum of 3 years experience, preferably in a school setting

Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in education or related field

Compensation:
- $66,150 to $90,000 based on experience and qualifications

Job Description
Pay range for this position is $28.39 - $29.48/hour.
This is a mid-level experience position (Grades 4-6) to work in the Machinist Trade. Machinists primarily set-up and operate machine shop equipment including (but not limited to): lathes, radial drills, grinders, presses, punch presses, cut-off saws, milling machines, rolls, sheers, and brakes; some machines are CNC operated. Machinists may be assigned any of the M04 Trade tasks.
Required/Preferred Education/Training
Preferred:
* Technical school or at least 1 year of machine Knowledge of CNC and G-Code.
* High School Diploma or GED.
Required:
* Knowledge and minimum 1 year experience in a metals fabrication shop.
Required/Preferred Experience
Preferred:
* Waterjet, laser cutting, and break operations.
