A manufacturing company in Clinton Township is seeking a 2nd Shift Quality Control Supervisor to oversee product inspection and lead a small quality team on the production floor.

As a Production Supervisor (2nd shift) you will:
Job Description:
- Directs the activities of employees engaged in manufacturing activities including but not limited to training and supervising, maintaining a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and established policies and procedures.
- Assign necessary manpower to support schedule demand on daily basis.
- Oversee product quality data collection, machine utilization and efficiency data tracking.
- Work with other production supervisors to resolve daily production issues such as material, delivery, quality, and employee performance.
- Meets production schedule and meets customer's expectations.
- Meets company's and customer's quality and workmanship standards.
- Supervises production line set-up including but not limited to testing and adjusting line equipment prior to operation and ensuring production line starts on schedule.
- Supervises all production activities performed by employees; maintains a high degree of visibility and access to employees throughout the shift.
- Monitors and reports daily production results, material usage, waste, and downtime.
- Reports equipment problems to appropriate department and operations manager.
- Coordinates with quality control to maintain quality standards; takes appropriate corrective measures to resolve deficiencies.
- Forecasts staffing needs to meet peak demands of the business and staff team accordingly; trains, motivates, coaches, rewards, and disciplines employees being supervised; resolves personnel issues.
- Manages personnel issues including but not limited to vacation approvals, timecard approval, daily and weekly overtime, hiring, and training.
- Performs other duties as assigned by manager.
Job Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent (three additional years of experience in lieu of degree may be considered).
- At least six years of work experience in PCBA manufacturing or PCBA contract electronics manufacturing industry.

Summary
We are seeking a Superintendent to join our Project Team during 2nd shift (2p-12a) on a large Federal Project that includes new construction and renovation, with full tenant interiors buildout, and high level of finishes. The Superintendent is responsible for all field operations, including the coordination of subcontractors’ work. Responsible for all field activities associated with the project, including ultimate responsibility for implementation of Safety/Zero Harm program for the job site, supervision of all field construction work by subcontractors and self-performed work. Shares responsibility with the project manager for developing the project budget, actively participating in the preconstruction phase, and ensuring that the project is built on time, within budget, and according to company policies and procedures. Manages and mentors assistant superintendents and other field personnel.

Lactalis American Group, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a 3rd shift Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician based in Belmont, Wisconsin. This position will require the ability to work in a team atmosphere as well as individually to repair, install, adjust, or maintain production and packaging equipment. This will also include equipment that is servo-mechanical as well as electro-mechanically operated. All work needs to be done in a clean sanitary manor as required in a food manufacturing plant. Prototek is seeking a Laser Operator II to support sheet metal production by operating laser equipment, inspecting parts, and ensuring quality and on-time delivery. This role is ideal for someone with laser experience who works well in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set up and operate laser equipment
- Read blueprints and verify part accuracy
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years laser/punch machine experience preferred
- Blueprint reading skills
- Forklift experience a plus

Description
Under general supervision, deburr, weld prep and/or clean titanium and aluminum components and sub-assemblies to support all core processes, such as machining, welding, and NDE.
Essential Responsibilities
- Support the highest standards of safety and environmental practices.
- Deburr machined components for sharp edges.
- Hand blend machined and welded surfaces to drawing requirements.
- Hand abrade components to desired finish for weld.
- Clean components and assemblies per drawing and/or manufacturing work instructions.
- Make a continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively.
- Perform other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work environment.
- Check work after completion of each operation in job and/or completed job to ensure it is complete per drawing and/or manufacturing work instruction.
$23-$26 per hour

- Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred.
