Looking for engineers to develop small gas turbine engines. Our goal is to provide energy dense designs that deliver performance according to program inputs. There are multiple engineering positions available. We are looking for those who want to contribute to the team and take ownership in getting the job done. Specifically, for the Senior Design Engineer role, we are looking for an experienced turbomachinery designer who will own the engine designs from clean sheet to production, support test rig designs and who will work closely with our manufacturing team. Experts in the field who can wear multiple hats in our dynamic development environment are desired. Responsibilities:

• Support engine development from cradle to grave.
• Join a world class team to deliver propulsion at scale.
• Creation of 3D geometry and entire rotating assemblies for engine components.
• Optimize designs for thrust to weight ratio and for DFx.
• Conduct structural analysis, fatigue modeling and life estimation as needed.
• Iterate with other engineers and manufacturing to optimize systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in gas turbine design, jet engine. development, or high-speed rotating machinery.
• Experience in rotating assembly and static structure design.
• Experience with the relevant materials, alloys, and manufacturing methods to produce turbomachinery designs.
• Proficiency in CAD tools such as NX, SolidWorks, CREO, CATIA, Onshape, Fusion 360 or Polyworks.
• Familiarity and experience working in Teamcenter or Windchill is strongly desired.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment is a must.

Preferred Experience:

• Working specially with jet turbines, UAS and directly relevant programs.
• Hands on experience with cold and hot gassing of experimental turbomachinery designs.
• Experience with turbomachinery test rig development.

Job Description

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Effective implementation of engineering designs into the manufacturing processes
• Creates and develops work standards, routings, SOE’s and processes
• Relates manufacturing capabilities, preferences and limitations to design engineers, quality control engineers and cost accounting
• Recommends purchase of equipment and tooling to produce product and/or improve costs and/or throughput
• Participates in the ECO process to properly coordinate and implement engineering changes in manufacturing
• Executes project work to include feasibility studies; equipment specification, design, justification and implementation; material handling / packaging requirements, manufacturing systems and procedures, and process documentation
• Accurately depict the capabilities of the manufacturing floor to others and seek to improve and refine those capabilities, as the need becomes evident
• Assist management in creating and conducting formal procedures, inquiries and investigations to determine the cause of quality problems and provide/recommend verbal and/or written corrective action to management
• Maintain orderliness of product, equipment, tools, supplies, part handling and inventory points within manufacturing (7S Initiatives)
• Aids in guiding associates in accomplishing all fabrication work schedule scheduling. Tracking and reporting of schedule performance and development of action plans for recovery as needed.
• Work closely with scheduling, management, and manufacturing to accurately coordinate the fabricated parts schedule and material needs. Facilitate work center flow by identifying, tracking, or coordinating material as required
• Coordinate and manage machine PM with associates and maintenance department
• Track, report, and act on department quality metrics, and in process inspections

Qualifications:

• Associates degree or equivalent experience in a related manufacturing engineer position
• Minimum of 10 years industrial engineering or related industry with manufacturing experienced required
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100 and 6S
• Demonstrated ability to follow instructions read and interpret Engineering drawings, schematics and specifications
• Organizational skills, time management skills, good verbal and written communication skills
• Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of Basic Computer Usage and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Power Point and Excel)

Key Responsibilities

Azure DevOps & CI/CD Pipeline Engineering

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-scale CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to support automated build, test, and deployment workflows.
• Manage and optimize Azure DevOps services including Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts, Boards, and Test Plans.
• Develop and maintain YAML-based pipeline templates and reusable pipeline components to standardize deployment processes across teams.
• Implement automated build validation, security scanning, testing, and release gates within CI/CD pipelines.
• Define and maintain branching strategies, pull request policies, and code quality controls within Azure DevOps repositories.
• Integrate CI/CD pipelines with cloud infrastructure, container platforms, and deployment environments.

Infrastructure Automation & Cloud Engineering

• Implement and manage Azure cloud services supporting application hosting, monitoring, automation services, data integration, serverless workloads, secret management, container orchestration, database services, and traffic management.
• Automate provisioning and lifecycle management of cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools and scripting.
• Develop automation scripts and tooling to improve build, release, deployment, and operational processes.

Operations & Platform Reliability

• Monitor and maintain CI/CD pipelines, build agents, and deployment tooling to ensure reliable release processes.

• Diagnose and resolve pipeline failures, deployment issues, and production incidents efficiently.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure Automation roles
• Strong experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps services (Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts, Boards)
• Experience building YAML-based pipelines and automated deployment workflows

Our client is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to support remediation activities at its site Delaware site. This role is hands-on, floor-facing, and focused on stabilizing and remediating capital equipment manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate can step in on day one and work cross-functionally to assess process risk, validate controls, and ensure manufacturing processes are properly documented, mitigated, and executed in compliance with the Quality Management System.

Key Responsibilities

• Support remediation activities within manufacturing operations, with a focus on capital and electromechanical products

• Perform detailed process risk analysis, reviewing and scrubbing PFMEAs to ensure all process steps, failure modes, and mitigations are accurately identified and implemented

• Evaluate manufacturing processes end-to-end, confirming that identified mitigations are appropriate, effective, and reflected in procedures and work instructions

• Assess validation status across manufacturing processes, including IQ/OQ/PQ and Test Method Validation (TMV), ensuring downstream verification strategies are accurate and defensible

• As a senior engineer you will be responsible for designing exterior components and systems that achieve the optimal balance of vehicle performance, safety, reliability, profitability and manufacturing requirements.
