Objective of the Role
Our client is seeking a Director of Analytics & Insights to lead the strategic development of its measurement and insights capability. This individual will define how performance is measured, interpreted and communicated across client engagements, with a particular focus on ecommerce, digital advertising effectiveness and broader brand growth.
The role is designed for a senior leader who can combine technical depth with business judgment. The successful candidate will establish a clear vision for analytics and reporting, strengthen the quality of insight generation across the organization, and help create scalable frameworks that enable client teams to translate data into action. Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in ecommerce analytics, digital advertising measurement and commercial insight generation, ideally gained within a brand-led environment, an agency, or a similarly complex client-facing business. POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the EVP of Supply Chain, the Director of Supply Chain Data Science & Analytics serves as a strategic partner across Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Operations, Sourcing and Procurement.
This role leads the development and execution of end-to-end supply chain analytics, systems, and data strategies that enable informed decision-making across sourcing, procurement, inventory, and service. Acting as a central leader, this position drives visibility, alignment, and performance across the supply chain to achieve service, cost, and working capital objectives.
The Director will also manage a team of analysts, guiding their work, development and contribution to support Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Operations, Sourcing and Procurement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supply Chain Analytics & Strategy
· Define and lead the supply chain data and analytics strategy aligned with business objectives.
· Establish scalable data architecture, governance, and quality standards to ensure accuracy and accessibility across systems.
· Develop advanced analytics and insights to support decision-making across planning, sourcing, procurement, and operations.

Education

Compensation

The Role
- Utilize analytic tools (i.e. SAS, SQL, MATLAB, Python, and Open Source tools such as R is a plus) data query tools to build, test, evaluate, and maintain robust data analysis and reporting for management to make timely, informed decisions.
- Design, recommend, document, and execute consumer underwriting, product, channel and/or customer experience strategies to improve our lending portfolio
- Partner with other leaders to define business priorities, align resources, and communicate progress to executive leadership
- Analyze data and create and validate assumptions that feed into volume growth and profitability strategies
- Draw conclusions by making recommendations for developing or modifying existing strategies
- Incorporate response models and underwriting models into marketing programs

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Graduate a plus) in a quantitative discipline, such as Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Data Analytics or Computer Science.
- 2+ years of experience in a data driven analytics environment; consumer lending preferred; Master's or PHD degrees may offset experience. 3+ years required
- Advanced analytical skillset using tools such as SQL, SAS, Excel skills required; experience with multiple types of relational databases and/or querying languages is a plus such as R, Hive Python, Oracle, Unix are desired

Health Monitor Network (HMN) is seeking a Vice President, Data Analytics, Research & Insights to run a focused, practical insights and measurement function. This role is accountable for demonstrating performance, impact, and effectiveness of HMN’s digital and point-of-care solutions, supporting client decision-making, and elevating the quality and consistency of analytics and reporting across the organization.
