Litigation Associate | New York
A New York–based litigation platform is expanding its team and is seeking a Litigation Associate to support a high-stakes commercial practice. The firm is recognised for its creative, aggressive approach to litigation and operates with a genuinely trial-ready mindset.
The practice is anchored in complex commercial litigation, with strong capability across bankruptcy/restructuring and real estate–related disputes. The client base includes Fortune 500 companies and major private equity and investment firms across financial services, technology, and real estate.
The Role
- Work on complex, high-value commercial litigation matters from early strategy through trial
- Meaningful courtroom exposure and hands-on responsibility
- Direct partner access and involvement in case strategy
- Exposure to both plaintiff and defence-side work
The Profile
- 2–7 years’ litigation experience
- Background at an Am Law 200 firm preferred
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admitted to the New York Bar
