Key Responsibilities
- Implement strategic plans as set by the Board of Directors, as well as annual goals and objectives; financial, program and administrative management; and leadership of the organization. Guidance and direction are provided by the Chair of the Board, and by the Board and its Executive Committee.
- Promote Boys & Girls Clubs services to individuals, other service organizations and the local community with a focus on collaborative communication.

- Provide leadership to Club staff by developing administrative and operational standards (policies and procedures) by which goals will be met.
- Provide professional leadership to the Board of Directors to ensure the development of an effective and motivated Board, including identification, recruitment, training, and involvement of Board members in meeting the goals of the organization.
- Demonstrate that safety is a core value, ensure that the management system conforms with membership requirements and industry standards and is actively engaged in the safety improvement process.
- Ensure that the organization is in compliance with membership and other requirements or standards of Boys & Girls Clubs of America, other affiliated and regulatory agencies and that the Organization has standards and measures in place that define effective safety practices, train to those annually, and identify vulnerabilities and strategies to mitigate risks.
- Serve as point of escalation, feedback and approval for reportable Club incidents ensuring that all accident and incident reports are completed, up to date and submitted to the administrative office for archiving.

This is a strategic and hands-on role: you will shape the creative direction of the line while executing the details that bring the product to life. You’ll partner closely with leadership, merchandising, and production to build collections rooted in elevated essentials, thoughtful materials, and effortless wearability.
This role is based in New York City and follows a hybrid schedule with two in-office days per week.
Responsibilities
Creative Direction & Concepting
- Lead seasonal concept development, including color stories, fabric direction, and overall line vision aligned with brand strategy.
- Conduct trend, fabric, and market research to inform product direction and identify opportunities for the brand.
- Present seasonal concepts, product direction, and design rationale to leadership.
Apparel Design & Development
- Design pieces across all categories (tops, bottoms, fleece, knits, dresses, sweaters, etc.)
- Own the product lifecycle from initial concept through production.
- Develop detailed tech packs, construction notes, and BOMs.
- Partner with patternmakers and factories to ensure fit, quality, and design integrity.
- Review prototypes and samples, provide feedback, and drive the iteration process.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with Production to ensure designs align with cost targets, materials, and timelines.
- Partner with Merchandising and Planning to shape line architecture and drive SKU efficiency.
- Collaborate with Creative and Marketing to translate products into compelling storytelling.
Process Ownership
- Own seasonal design calendars, deliverables, and product documentation.
- Maintain fabric libraries, color standards, CADs, and design archives.
- Continuously refine design workflows and processes as the brand grows.
Ideal Qualities
- 7+ years of apparel design experience, ideally within contemporary or lifestyle brands.
- Proven ability to own the design process end-to-end, from concept through production.
- Strong expertise in garment construction, fabric development (especially knits), and fit.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and PLM systems.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate product vision.
- A refined, thoughtful aesthetic aligned with Richer Poorer’s brand point of view.
Graphic Designer
The Graphic Designer role is responsible for developing solutions to designing graphics, animations, and visual media. As an individual contributor, this role creates and makes recommendations to improve content that supports learning objectives and uses current and innovative graphic design techniques and strategies.
Key Duties
- With limited direction from Senior Instructional Designer or manager, work independently to manage moderately complex projects, including timelines, development of visual materials, content, scripts, stakeholders, video recording, and audio.
- Apply industry knowledge to design and produce graphics, images, illustrations, animations, and layouts for e-learning modules, training content, or communication bulletins and ensure graphics and designs are consistent with training standards and within the company’s branding and design standards.
- Make recommendations based on design specifications, storyboards, and simulations for graphics or animations that could enhance the learner experience.
- Network with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and other team members to develop visually engaging learning materials and facilitate informal and formal reviews.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings to brainstorm and contribute creative ideas to improve the visual impact of learning materials.
- Regularly report on project status and recognize potential problems and promptly report issues to manager or Senior Instructional Designer.
- Take initiative to stay up to date with industry trends and research new technologies to assist in the continued improvement of graphic design and animation, recommending changes required to match or surpass e-learning industry standards.
- Utilize the learning management system (LMS) to upload, test, create and edit course trees, archive courses as needed, and communicate with LMS administrator to ensure adherence to best practices.
Job-Specific Skills, Experience & Education
Required
- 2 years of experience in graphic design within learning and development or related area.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, animation, graphic art, or related discipline, or an additional two years of relevant training/experience in lieu of this degree.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and other design and animation software.
- Proficiency in image/graphic creation and manipulation.
- Experience with one or more eLearning authoring tools such as: Articulate 360 Suite or Adobe Captivate.
- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design and animation projects or other digital material.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to maintain and adhere to project and individual schedules with minimal supervision.
- Ability to quickly analyze the impact of development changes on projects and adjust workload appropriately.
- Ability to act as a consultant regarding all visual learning material needed within Instructional Design and Content Development.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum age of 18.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Role Description
Imagelab is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to assume the role of Print Production Lead within the larger production team. This position is essential to the efficient and high-quality printing of fine art reproductions serving our varied clientele, which includes major partners such as Disney, Wayfair, and 50+ fine art museums across the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Canon large format pigment ink printers for the production of fine art reproductions.
- Precisely trim canvas and paper prints in adherence to established specifications.
- Maintain and optimize high levels of productivity and efficiency within a dynamic and fast-paced production environment.
- Execute problem-solving strategies to promptly address production challenges.
- Demonstrate adaptability in response to fluctuations in the production schedule.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in large format printing operations.
- Experience in high volume print trimming.

Work Schedule
- Status: Full-time (40 hours per week).
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Compensation & Benefits
