Position Summary
The Epic Server Engineer will be responsible for implementing and supporting Epic EHR solutions client and server components that take into account appropriate redundancy, availability, scalability, security and manageability requirements of Lakeland Regional Health’s IS Department. This individual will be part of a team that is responsible for the technical strategy, vision, architecture and evolution of LRH’s Epic implementation(s), infrastructure and ancillary technologies. This role will be responsible for implementations including, but not limited to, MyChart, Epic-Link, Epic Hyperspace Web, Epic interconnect servers, Epic FIPS servers, BCA and Web deployment, Kuiper, Haiku, and Canto to support Lakeland Regional’s patient, guest and employee population. He/she must have the experience and technical competence to implement server and application infrastructure, validate implementations and ready systems for operational hand overs. This individual will work collaboratively with other groups participating in system sustaining engineering activities such as upgrades, maintenance, enhancements, and expansions as well as provide last-level support of escalated technical issues. Implements, manages and maintains the Epic Windows and Linux Server infrastructure, including installing/upgrading and/or deploying Epic applications on servers and clients using Kuiper, and System Pulse

Duties will include:

- As required and under the direction of an attorney, assists in the negotiation process for a

As the SHE Senior Manager at dsm-firmenich’s New Ulm site, you will lead and continuously improve our Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) along with Security programs across manufacturing, office, and laboratory environments. The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Position Overview
The Hardware Lead will be responsible for leading automotive hardware design and development activities, ensuring compliance with functional safety standards and delivering robust, production-ready electronic systems. The role requires extensive experience in analog and digital circuit design within the automotive domain, along with strong expertise in safety analysis and hardware validation methodologies.
The ideal candidate will have proven leadership capabilities, hands-on experience with ISO 26262, and prior exposure to Infotainment and/or Telematics systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end hardware development lifecycle activities from concept through production release.
- Design and develop analog and digital electronic circuits for automotive applications.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 26262 Functional Safety standards across hardware development phases.
- Perform and oversee safety and reliability analyses including:
- Worst Case Analysis (WCA/WCCA)
- Hardware Design FMEA (DFMEA)
- FMEDA (Failure Modes, Effects and Diagnostic Analysis)
- Fault Tree Analysis (FTA)
- Conduct schematic reviews, component selection, and design validation activities.
- Support hardware integration, verification, validation, and production support.
- Utilize engineering tools such as Mathcad, Ansys Medini, and other industry-standard analysis tools.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Software, Mechanical, System Engineering, and Validation teams.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to hardware engineers.
- Ensure adherence to automotive quality processes and industry standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Automotive Hardware Development.
- At least 2 years of experience in Infotainment and/or Telematics systems.
- Strong expertise in analog and digital circuit design for automotive ECUs.
- Hands-on experience in:
- Worst Case Analysis (WCA)
- Hardware DFMEA
- FMEDA
- FTA
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 26262 Functional Safety lifecycle.
- Experience working with automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet – preferred).

What You'll Do:
- Maintain safety and environmental programs for compliance with company and government regulations

Job Summary:
Reporting into the Head of Interconnection, you’ll play a key role in the full lifecycle of a growing portfolio of solar and BESS projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Interconnection process – site evaluation, power flow studies, manage grid/interconnection applications, economic modelling.
- Subject matter expert throughout the company across development, execution and construction of the interconnection process.
Essential Functions:
- Manage and track projects across their portfolio and communicate progress with ISO’s, internal teams, TSPs and other stakeholders to ensure progress.
- Conduct power flow modeling, interconnection analyses, economic assessments, and utility coordination to identify optimal locations and sizes of future projects.
- Perform transmission analysis to evaluate constraints, congestion, curtailment risk, and basis risk relevant to each project.
- Assist commercial team with reviewing and negotiation interconnection agreements.
- Oversee design and development of single-line diagrams for interconnections.
- Develop and track schedules and milestones in coordination with the master project schedule and EPC timelines.
- Staying informed about industry developments and provide regular company updates
- Assist in the registration of generators with utilities, RTO/ISOs etc
- Support ISO, NERC, FERC, and other regional compliance efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- 4+ years of experience in transmission planning, power system studies or related area.
- 2+ years of experience with relevant power systems systems (PSSE, Plexos, PowerWorld, TARA etc)
- Familiar with interconnection processes, particularly within the ERCOT and MISO markets.
- Python experience is highly desirable
