Job summary: Leading all daily operations, the Branch Manager will oversee all fence projects both residentially and commercially, from start to finish. This role will be key in the organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation of these projects. The selected candidate will provide unparalleled customer service to new and existing clients and ensure customer needs are met on a timely basis.
Job responsibilities and duties
- Manage and Schedule Plattsburgh Branch personnel including field and shop
- Serve as primary contact for customers, with the full understanding of individual project requirements.
- Check jobsites in preparation for estimate and, if sold, installation.
- Identify unsafe site conditions and advise crews of proper safe job procedures.
- Communicate with Purchasing Manager to order materials for projects
- Preform site visits for commercial and residential quote requests.
- Prepare job packets for crews and schedule underground utility checks.
- Stake fence-lines and insure project is ready for installation crews.
- Verify materials are staged for projects and ready for loading.
- Coordinate equipment assignment on a daily basis.
- Monitor crew progress on projects review man hours expended to budgeted man hours.
- Coordinate all change orders including documentation, approval and invoicing.
- Verify installed quantities for billing, coordinate invoice preparation with administrative department.
- Schedule inspection and acceptance of installed work.
- Identify and report improvement opportunities in every aspect of the division.
- Attend department meetings to maintain communication with all members of the team.
- Receiving Materials and coordination with purchasing
- Assist with hiring Plattsburgh personnel as needed
- Other responsibilities as directed or assigned.

The Delivery & Service Representative has a responsibility to oversee and support Java House Peel & Pour direct customer service. This position requires a multi-skilled hands-on individual that understands inventory management, customer service, and light plumbing and maintenance with high regards to 5S and organizational adherence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Driving delivery vehicles, adhering to schedules, unloading products, and ensuring timely, accurate, and safe delivery.
- Servicing existing Java House accounts, placing orders and spotting opportunities to generate sales growth.
- Merchandising products, maintaining clean, organized product displays.
- Monitoring stock and inventory levels, removing outdated inventory and making recommendations for inventory purchases.
- Inspect water dispensing equipment and accessories to ensure optimally efficient operation.
- Primary installation and service of water dispensing equipment
- When required, work with third party installation contractors to ensure standardized installation and repair practices.
- Provide technical support to customers for water systems questions and inquiries, including but not limited to phone, online and onsite.
- Troubleshoot, rebuild, and perform general maintenance on water systems equipment.
- Coordinate any in-depth maintenance that is required for water systems equipment.
- Maintain any onsite parts inventory for rebuild and general maintenance.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Understand basic plumbing requirements focusing on ensuring safe installation, and maintenance of water dispenser equipment.
- Basic computer skills including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Ability to travel, hold a valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle report.
- Ability to obtain/maintain a US DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate.
- 1-2 years of previous commercial driving experience (DOT regulated not required)
- Understand familiarity with safety, securing loads and overhead clearance.
- Utilize industrial hand truck, and two-wheel dolly.
- Must have ability to effectively communicate in English both written and verbally.
- Must work well in a team environment and have strong communication skills.
- Must have strong critical thinking and technical troubleshooting abilities.
- Must have general working knowledge of basic hand tools and related maintenance applications.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Ability to balance, reach and grasp while climbing on a step stool and/or ladder.

The pay range for this position is $20-35. We take geographic differentials into consideration in areas of higher cost of living. We offer nine paid holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve). New employees are eligible for up to two weeks of vacation (pro-rated based on hire date within 1st year of employment). We offer additional paid time off based on tenure. Based on time in the job, you will be eligible for additional PTO (vacation, sick leave, etc.). We offer 72 hours PTO (1 hour for every 40 worked) to employees in Colorado.

The Framing Manager is responsible for the supervision of, and coordination with, independent subcontract framing crews working on 84 Lumber projects. This position is responsible for training, supervising and directing the work of framing installation crews, developing labor cost budgeting, maintaining production or installation records for use in supervision or control, planning framing installation work, apportioning the work among the framing crews, controlling the flow and distribution of materials or merchandise and supplies, monitoring or implementing contract compliance, providing for the safety and security of the framing crews and addressing and adjusting common inquiries and/or complaints from customers.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the installation of wood component systems, doors and windows, siding (wood and cement), shingles, insulation, drywall, and trim
- Recruiting independent subcontractors holding the proper licenses and insurance
- Labor cost budgeting
- Development of job specific scopes of work including schedule
- Daily jobsite inspections for quality and schedule to ensure compliance with blueprints and the specifications
- Conducting daily safety inspections
- Ensuring the companies compliance with contract documents
- Preparing daily reports, job diaries, narratives and other special documentation as determined by the company and by the projects needs

The Role:
In this dynamic role, you'll primarily operate from our Texas yard. Engaging in hands-on manual labor, including routine maintenance tasks such as painting, concrete chipping, and rust grinding. Additionally, you'll be responsible for inspecting and preparing heavy equipment at our facility, as well as traveling across the US to support various construction teams with the initial installation of Superdeck® platforms. As a crucial part of the installation process, you'll provide on-site training orientations for construction teams, ensuring the safe and efficient use of our equipment.
What You’ll Do:
- Travel nationwide to support construction teams and install equipment.

Job Summary
Reporting to the Installation Manager the HVAC/R Installation Technician is responsible for install ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration systems and equipment; inspect and perform tests on systems and equipment at start-up to assure proper functioning. This position has constant contact with the Project Managers and Sales Engineers to receive installation detail and communicate project requirements and results. This position has frequent contact with customers, requiring reasonable tact and strong verbal/written communication skills.

Work Condition and Paperwork
- Organize all work detail (work performed, service recommendations, etc.) and complete an accurate work ticket for billing and payroll purposes. Submit all paperwork to the office each Monday before 10:00 AM or at end of each month is required.
- Obtain, record on work ticket and communicate to vendor an appropriate purchase order number when purchasing job-related parts and supplies.
Essential Functions
- This is a physically demanding job involving heavy physical labor, often in adverse conditions and uncomfortable positions.
- Loads van with equipment and tools and drives van to and from job sites.
- Moves equipment (such as furnaces, compressors, blowers, heat pumps, heat exchangers, duct work, pipes and cables, controls, etc.), supplies and tools (hand and power) to designated areas of job sites.
- Perform associated plumbing and electrical work including making terminal connections.
- Must be able to perform all job activities at heights, working off ladders, scaffolds, roofs, platforms, etc.
Job Qualifications
- Must have valid Michigan drivers’ licenses, good driving record (our insurance must accept you)
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Read and write English
- Write legibly
- Read a tape measure, perform basic math skills: (Add, Subtract, Fractions, Calculate sales tax)
- Paperwork filled out properly daily.
- Follow verbal and written instructions.
- Follow all safety rules and procedures.
- Be able to wear all P.P.D’s when applicable (steel toe boots, gloves, safety glasses, hard hat, etc.)
- Must be able to wear respirator.
- Lift, climb, bend, and kneel to complete assigned tasks.
- Tolerate working at heights off a ladder or scaffold, on roofs, aerial lifts, etc.
- Perform heavy physical labor during adverse weather conditions.
- Work in confined spaces, exposed to fumes, chemicals, grease, acids, oil and in the vicinity of noise and vibration with proper P.P.D’s.
- Maintain cooperative and effective working relationship with others.
- Be available to work any time of the day to take care of your customer. (Before 8:00 am and after 5:00 pm during the week, any time weekends and holidays)
- 4 hours safety training required annually
- Must have refrigerant transition and recovery certification card (levels 2-3)
- Continuing education is expected.
