Job Overview
The Beauty Merchandiser plays a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience by ensuring optimal sales floor merchandising, flawless merchandise execution, and by maintaining the visual and operational standards of the Beauty department. You will focus on display updates, maintenance, stockroom organization, and replenishment of stock, as well as the operational execution of Gift with Purchase and Purchase with Purchase promotions, the Open Sell concept, and the Trend Recycling Program. While merchandising duties are a primary responsibility, providing outstanding customer service is the top priority and you will pause tasks to assist customers and address their needs effectively.
We're looking for flexible team players who thrive in our fast-paced environment, can switch between multiple tasks, and can work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12-24 hours per week. What You Will Do
Customer Experience
- Greet and connect with customers in a friendly and genuine way. Let them know we appreciate them and care about their experience.
- Prioritize customer needs, address their requests promptly and professionally, and guide them to the right products when appropriate.
- Collaborate with store leadership and colleagues to create a clean, organized, and inviting shopping environment.
- Maintain a broad understanding and working knowledge of merchandise in open-sell areas and key items across the department to effectively address customer inquiries and contribute to sales success.
Merchandising & Execution
- Install fixture and product display updates in a timely manner, following guidelines.
- Manage the Beauty Department's Trend Recycling Collateral Program, ensuring adherence to all established procedures.
- Maintain stockroom organization and perform front-of-house tasks such as merchandise placement, fixture adjustments, and replenishment.
- Ensure the beauty department remains clean and organized, including maintaining tester stations, cleaning fixtures, and restocking supplies.
- Ensure consistent adherence to department standards by actively monitoring and maintaining merchandise presentation in open-sell and multi-branded areas.
- Support Gift With Purchase (GWP) and Purchase With Purchase (PWP) events, including pre-sale pickups and organization of promotional materials.
- Execute the DIF (Dispose In Field) process in compliance with company standards, properly disposing of waste and handling hazardous materials according to state / local regulations.
- Participate in the physical inventory process and ensure shortage prevention initiatives are executed.
- Adhere to Asset Protection and inventory control and compliance procedures.

- Possess strong merchandising or visual skills and creativity
- Previous visual or merchandising experience is preferred

- Install promotional and event collateral, including vinyl graphics, wall signage, and prop displays, in line with the company’s marketing calendar and direction.
- Construct and install three-dimensional elements using hand/power tools such as drills, saws, hammers, screwdrivers, staple guns, ladders, spray paint, and knives.

As a Maintenance Technician 2 you will perform preventative and spontaneous maintenance on conveyors, electrical motors, material handling equipment, skill saws, propane torch, man-lift, hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, grinders, electrical test equipment and ladders as well as lift equipment jacks, chargers, and batteries.
In your role, you will perform general building maintenance including overhead doors, construction repair, roll carts, floor repair and second level gates, doors, etc... You will perform light plumbing maintenance and perform carpentry assignments as needed.

- Collaborate with the HCBS Supervisor and HCBS Programmer to develop goals for the individual served.
- Provide services to individuals based on their unique goals and behavioral care plan. This includes:
o Teaching individuals how to accomplish their goal (rather than completing a task for them).
o Using behavioral strategies that support individuals and address any behaviors that do not lead to their success.
o Motivate and encourage individuals to participate in their behavioral care plans and reach their goals.
o Participate in recreational, community, and social activities with those you serve, honoring the choices of the individual.
o Display and understanding of when it is appropriate to apply rights-restrictions, only as determined by the interdisciplinary team and when indicated in the individuals behavioral care plan.
- Provide complete, consistent, and accurate documentation of the individuals progress.
- Provide safe environments and instruction to individuals served regarding the practices that will help them reach their goals.
- Provide care to individuals that help them present their best selves to the community. This may include helping with hygienic needs, choosing appropriate clothing, administering medication, and ensuring they have food options suitable for their dietary needs.
- Be an advocate for individuals receiving services to have as much control over their own lives as possible. All individuals should be treated with respect and should feel empowered to live their life as independently as physically possible.

As a Delivery Driver, you will transport products safely and deliver office supplies on your assigned route to customers. At times, depending on volume, you will load your truck.
You will organize and load product for delivery utilizing the manifest assuring the most efficient delivery route and schedule. You will be a problem solver for our customers; providing customer support, accepting product returns and will be empowered to make your customers' day. You’re our brand on wheels!
You will be essential to the success of Staples Supply Chain as we deliver to our customers.
An ability to make sound decisions, be it driving, parking, safety related and/or customer interaction related.

An ability to use technology including GPS and mobile Proof of Delivery (POD) devices.
An ability and willingness to maintain cleanliness of vehicle including performing pre-trip vehicle inspections and reporting any maintenance concerns.
Must have a valid drivers’ license with a driving record indicating a safe driving history acceptable to the company and at all times remain eligible to drive a commercial motor vehicle under applicable laws and regulations.
Must obtain a 6-month DOT medical card specific to the role.

Full-Time associates must have the ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift; additional overtime hours will be required based on business need.
