About the Position
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will act as the technical bridge between IMBOX’s warehouse, service providers, and internal teams. Your primary focus will be remote troubleshooting, technical coordination, and service partner enablement to ensure machines remain operational, issues are resolved efficiently, and service disruptions are minimized. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you won’t just react to technical issues; you’ll actively contribute to improving service processes, documentation, and overall fleet performance. This role reports directly to the Head of Operations and is based at IMBOX’s US HQ in Chicago, IL.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical troubleshooting across the IMBOX machine fleet
- Diagnose and resolve machine issues remotely whenever possible
- Guide service providers and store teams through technical resolutions to reduce unnecessary service dispatches
- Support service technicians during complex service visits and assist with onboarding and training
- Coordinate closely with the warehouse, service providers, and internal teams on machine deliveries, installations, and repairs
- Maintain strong technical knowledge of the IMBOX flagship unit, including independent assembly and troubleshooting
- Assist with local testing of new software updates when needed
- Identify recurring technical issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Support quality control processes and improve technical documentation and training materials
- Communicate clearly with internal teams, service partners, and retail partners via phone and email
- Escalate complex technical issues to the Technical Manager when necessary

Summary of the position:
The Assembler position requires an individual to perform several duties as defined within the Assembly family.
This position is located at Hitachi Global Air Power in Michigan City, Indiana, and reports to the Value Stream Leader.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Assemble compressors in assigned area using Work Center Instructions (WCI), Piping & Instrumentation instructions (P&I), Wiring Diagram (WD) and Bill of Material (BOM) and assembly drawings.
- Apply decals to machines, as needed.
- Utilize Andon signals per guidelines.
- Measure, cut, bend, fit small tubing to machine. Install tubing and fittings using hyferset.
- Install foam insulation on tubing and controls.
- Install heat trace tape to tubing and controls AND/OR bend large tubing with power bender per print or custom fit (Industrial).
- Assemble frames in assigned area, per BOM, or WCI.
- Assemble separator tanks in assigned area, using BOM, P&I or WCI.
- Assemble components to engines in assigned area, per BOM or WCI.
- Connect motor leads and connectors to power source per WD and BOM.
- Wire machines or packages, terminating wire harnesses or basic wiring in assigned area, per WD.
- Assemble couplings on engines/motors and air ends in assigned area, per WCI, BOM.
- Inspect finished machines at the end of process in assigned area, and receive them into finished goods.
- Align motor, air end and coupling in assigned area, using calipers, dial indicators and straight edge.
- Assemble and insulate enclosures and install on machine in assigned area, per BOM, WCI.
- Assemble mounted or remote cooler packs in assigned area, per BOM, WCI, WD and P&I.

Position Summary The Wellfield Drilling Operator Lead, mentors, supports and oversees daily field operations to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant operation of the landfill well drilling operators.
This role assists in all aspects of the role including drilling, installing, maintaining, and repairing the infrastructure used to extract methane-rich gas from organic waste sites ensuring safety in all processes.
During non drilling times, the lead will be responsible for working beside the Field Construction Crew leading new installing and/or repairing infrastructure involving wells and pipelines at the landfill as well as maintaining various tools and equipment.
Key Responsibilities Overseeing and assisting in installing, drilling and maintaining infrastructure.
Maintaining the Drill Rig.
Mobilizing the Drill Rig and tooling.
Organizing and maintaining inventory related to the Drill Rig.
Properly setting up and drilling vertical LFG wells and gas chimneys.
Ensuring safe and efficient drilling operations.
Completing LFG wells including installing HDPE well casing, gravel pack, and bentonite plugs.
Following all site-specific standards and procedures.
Maintaining precise drilling logs.
