RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead, manage, and develop WW Clydeβs proposal team, including assignment of pursuits, workload balancing, and coaching team members.
- Manage proposal efforts for DOT transportation, private clients, state agencies, water districts, alternative delivery projects (design-build, CMGC, CMAR), and other heavy civil pursuits requiring formal proposals or qualifications.
- Lead responses to RFQs and RFPs, including planning, schedule development, strategy meetings, content coordination, layout, and final production.
- Work closely with operations, estimating, business development, and executive leadership to define win strategies, themes, and key messages for each pursuit.
- Oversee the development, review, and refinement of technical content, ensuring proposals are compliant, clear, and client-focused.
- Direct creation and maintenance of proposal resources, including project profiles, resumes, statistics, narratives, photos, and past performance information.
- Coordinate development of interview and presentation materials and support operations teams in preparing for and delivering client interviews.
- Ensure consistency in brand, messaging, and quality across all proposals and marketing materials produced by the proposal team.
- Support the use and continuous improvement of CRM and proposal databases to track opportunities and maintain accurate client and project information.
- Complete other assignments as directed by leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 6 years of proposal experience in the heavy civil construction, engineering, or related industry.
- Previous experience serving as a Proposal Manager or in a lead proposal role managing complex, multi-stakeholder pursuits.
- Demonstrated experience with proposals for DOT transportation, public owners, and other infrastructure clients (such as state agencies and water or utility districts); experience with alternative delivery (design-build, CMGC, CMAR) strongly preferred.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to translate technical input into clear, persuasive proposal content.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook); experience with other Adobe Creative Cloud applications and CRM systems is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines, set priorities, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Job Summary
As a Senior Project Manager at WW Clyde, you will oversee heavy civil construction projects involving concrete structures and Department of Transportation (DOT) related infrastructure from start to finish. You will lead the project team through initial planning, budgeting, and scheduling, then drive execution and successful completion of projects such as highways, bridges, and other large concrete structural works. - Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans and construction schedules to meet contract milestones and client expectations.
- Financial Management: Manage project budgets, forecast costs, and control expenditures. Track project financial performance, approve invoices and change orders, and take corrective actions to ensure profitability and cost control.

- Problem Solving & Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks, challenges, or conflicts in project execution. Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorβs degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of construction industry experience, including at least 3 years in a project management role on heavy civil projects. (Experience with concrete structures and DOT/public infrastructure projects is highly preferred.)
- Project Expertise: Proven track record in successfully managing heavy civil construction projects (e.g. highways, bridges, concrete infrastructure) from start to finish. Familiarity with DOT project procedures, specifications, and standards is a plus.

- Weekly and ongoing monitoring of stock levels & inventory performance.Β Β
- Requires strong analytical skills in inventory analysis, reporting & forecasting.Β
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure best terms and timely delivery of products.
- Ongoing tracking, identifying and replenishing fast selling product. Monitor stock movement & ensure process and procedure is accurate.Β Β Actively assist & direct merchandising team order placement as determined by analytics, programs and forecast. Β
- Must manage and minimize dated product to ensure lines are current, based on need and performing to plan. Assist inventory and merchandise team to ensure merchandise is correctly priced/tagged & properly displayed to brand standards.
- Assist sales staff with product information, sourcing, special orders and queries.
- Develop a strong understanding of the companyβs product range and manufacturing/design capabilities.Β Assist in the development & testing of new lines, suppliers or in house production.Β Liaise with ownership, suppliers & all departments.
- Assist as needed in our retail showroom in training/support role and actively train product lines and/or plan training meetings with vendor partners.
Requirements
- Organized and motivated with excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
- 3 years or more experience in fine jewelry buying/merchandising. Luxury experience a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, delegate and work within a team environment.

Role Description
This is a part time, on site Content Producer role at our Venice, CA headquarters. You'll be filming, editing, and producing content for TikTok, Instagram, and beyond. Product shoots, behind the scenes, lifestyle content. You'll work directly with the founder and help shape how this brand shows up every day.
What You'll Do
- Film and edit short form and long form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube
- Produce product content, lifestyle shoots, behind the scenes, and day in the life style videos
- Help develop and execute content strategy across all platforms
- Maintain the content calendar and manage posting schedules
- Stay on top of trends in soccer culture, streetwear, fashion, and social media
- Collaborate directly with the founder on creative direction
Qualifications
- Genuine passion for soccer and fashion. You need to understand the culture, not just the content.
- Proficiency in video production and editing software (Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar)
- Strong understanding of what performs on TikTok and Instagram right now
- Ability to make content feel premium without overproducing it
- Self starter who can move fast and work independently
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
