Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Interior Design Consultant / Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our showroom sales team. This position involves working with company-provided leads, understanding client renovation goals, creating design solutions, and guiding clients through the full design and sales process.
You will work directly with homeowners to design kitchens and bathrooms, create 3D layouts, recommend materials and products, and help bring their renovation vision to life.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to understand project goals, needs, and budget
- Conduct site visits and take accurate measurements
- Design kitchens and bathrooms using 2020 Design software
- Create layouts, renderings, and design presentations
- Recommend cabinets, countertops, fixtures, tile, and other materials
- Prepare proposals, project estimates, and contracts
- Guide clients through the sales and design process
- Maintain communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and installers

Qualifications
- Experience in kitchen and bath design, interior design, or remodeling sales

All our appointments are Provided, Prescheduled, and Confirmed! There is NO cold calling or prospecting by our sales team. Our Sales Representatives' focus is only on closing the sales!
For this position we are open to all levels of experience! Our most successful sales representatives have limited experience and a strong desire to learn the game. The Sales Rep will support in-home appointments with homeowners throughout each week. Additional remote work will be needed to manage the pre-appointment process. Daily travel throughout the Los Angeles and Orange County areas will be required. This is a full-time position with part-time possibilities requiring a minimum of 20 hours per week commitment to in-home calendar appointments.
The initial annual on-target earnings for this position is expected to range from $175,000 to $200,000+, for top performing sales reps. There will be no cap on commission earnings based on revenue closed. Candidate must be based in Los Angeles or Orange County with a valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
