As a US FOODS Delivery Driver, you will be critical to the US FOODS team and one of the important faces of our organization. As a Delivery Driver, you will have an impact on our customers by delivering our meats, produce, frozen goods, groceries, dry goods, equipment, and supplies to their drop-off sites. What you bring to the table

Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Execution

• Manage purchase orders, production schedules, and day-to-day communication with co-manufacturers and suppliers
• Track production timelines and escalate risks or delays proactively

Inventory & Fulfillment

• Maintain accurate inventory levels across 3PLs and warehouses
• Monitor inventory movement, aging, shortages, and discrepancies
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to support retail, wholesale, and DTC fulfillment

Logistics & 3PL Management

• Serve as the primary operational contact for 3PLs
• Manage freight coordination, delivery tracking, and issue resolution
• Ensure SLAs, routing guides, and operational requirements are followed

Operational Reporting

• Prepare and maintain weekly operational reports (inventory, fill rates, OTIF, production status)
• Flag risks, constraints, and execution gaps with recommended actions
• Support month-end inventory and COGS reconciliation in partnership with finance

Process & Systems Support

• Document and maintain SOPs for core operational workflows
• Support ERP, inventory system, and EDI execution (transactions, accuracy, data hygiene)
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience to support promotions, launches, and customer needs
• Support new SKU launches from an execution and readiness standpoint
• Assist with audits, compliance documentation, and vendor setup

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of operations, supply chain, or logistics experience (CPG required)
• Experience working with co-manufacturers, suppliers, and 3PLs
• Strong execution, follow-through, and attention to detail
• Comfortable operating within defined plans while managing day-to-day variability
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills; ERP experience required, Netsuite preferred
• Experience supporting EDI execution in a CPG or retail environment

About the Opportunity

Join our growing Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Division in a unique role that combines specialized pediatric clinical care with meaningful program development. This Part-time (0.5 FTE) position offers a 50/50 clinical-administrative split, providing you the opportunity to deliver compassionate care to pediatric patients with plastic and craniofacial conditions while shaping the future of our program.

Clinical Responsibilities (50%)

• Pediatric Craniofacial Clinics: Conduct two clinics per month at Banner North Campus and outpatient settings near Tucson Medical Center
• Patient Population: Children with congenital anomalies through Children's Rehabilitative Services (CRS)
• Clinic Management: Run clinics in partnership with nursing staff
• Clinical Procedures: Perform a variety of procedures including bandage changes, wound care management, routine suturing and staple placement, and tissue expansion procedures
• Inpatient Service: Occasional rounds and patient care at Banner -- University Medical Center Tucson
• First Assist Opportunities: Occasional support in OR settings (~10%)

• Virtual surgical planning coordination

Schedule & Work Environment

• Part-time schedule: Five shifts over a 2-week pay period (3 days one week, 2 days the next)

Required Qualifications

• Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioners with surgical experience, particularly:

• Current Board Certification, DEA license, and BLS certification

Expectations:

Responsible for coordination of care to meet identified needs of the patient/family. Supervises the management of patient care utilizing critical thinking and nursing process, discharge planning, resource identification, linking and scheduling patients with required services, monitoring care delivery, advocating for the patient, care planning and evaluating outcomes. Coordinates patient care across the health care continuum, and assists other team members with meeting individual patient needs.
This position may require flexibility of hours.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree (BSN) required. Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) will be considered if enrolled in a BSN program with degree completion within 2 years of date of hire or date of transfer to an RN position. Diploma or transcripts on highest degree earned required.

EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
Minimum 1 year of current experience in acute care area of expertise/equivalent service area required, 2 years preferred.
Must challenge and successfully pass the Basic Dysrhythmia course curriculum within 21 days of hire.
Basic computer skills/experience with computerized documentation systems required.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
Required:
Current unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN)
Current Basic Life Support Provider (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Provider (ACLS) issued by American Heart Association

Preferred:
Current Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN) or related certification

SKILLS:
Must pass or challenge the Basic Dysrhythmia course curriculum.
Must be willing and able to work in a face paced, frequently changing environment.
Must be willing and able to multi-task effectively to accomplish work assignments.
Must pass or challenge the Basic Dysrhythmia course curriculum
Must successfully complete a Code Blue Drill every 12months
Must complete initial and/or annual standardized procedures and competencies related to:
Management of Cardiac Emergencies
Care of the patient with Pacemakers/ICD
Application/usage and alternatives to restraints; appropriate documentation
Pressure Ulcer prevention and treatment
Hypoglycemia management
Universal Protocol
POCT for Bedside Blood Glucose monitoring
Regitine/Vitrase Administration
IV Admixture
Central line PICC line management
Wound VAC
Lift equipment
