Job Title: Senior Infrastructure Leader
Location: Brea, CA (Hybrid)
Travel Requirement: Initial 2 months onsite in Switzerland (Mandatory)
Employment Type: Contract
Eligibility: Candidate Must be Authorized to work in US with Any sponsorships and should have no Travel constraints to Europe.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Leader to drive the design, implementation, and management of enterprise infrastructure across global environments. This role combines strategic leadership, solution architecture, and operational excellence, working closely with cross-functional and international teams.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
- Define and drive infrastructure strategy, roadmap, and execution
- Collaborate with global stakeholders across business and technology teams
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on progress, risks, and direction
Solution Design & Architecture
- Lead infrastructure solution design across cloud and on-prem environments
- Review and approve architecture, deployments, and technical decisions
- Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing infrastructure solutions
Operations & Delivery
- Oversee day-to-day infrastructure operations (BAU)
- Manage critical incidents and escalations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency
Team & Vendor Management
- Lead and mentor infrastructure teams across regions
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and manage dependencies
- Ensure alignment across distributed teams
Required Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience in enterprise infrastructure leadership roles
Strong expertise across:
- Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS
- Microsoft Stack: Wintel, O365
- Networking & Voice Infrastructure
- Storage & Backup Solutions
- Linux Systems
- End-User Computing (EUC)
Proven experience in:
- Infrastructure solution design and architecture
- Managing large-scale, global infrastructure environments
- Leading cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
Additional Requirements
- Ability to travel internationally (Switzerland for initial 2 months)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in global enterprise environments
