Key Responsibilities:

• System Configuration & Integration: Configure and integrate DAS head-end systems such as Rectifiers, Battery Systems, VoltServer, Commscope iON-B and iON-U, JMA Teko, and Corning Mobile Access. Manage monitoring systems including T1, broadband backhaul, routers, and dry contact alarms.
• Project Reporting & Communication: Keep both the company and clients informed about project progress, safety standards, and local codes. Update and maintain project documentation, customer prints, and site reports.
• Site Surveys & RF Design: Conduct site surveys to troubleshoot and optimize RF/fiber optic installations, report findings, and design corrective solutions for inadequate coverage.
• Assist in Project Preparation: Help in proposal development, project scheduling, and materials/subcontractor selection processes.
• Warehouse Support: Assist with warehouse maintenance, inventory management, and ensuring adequate materials for upcoming projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience:
• A minimum of 5 years of in-building DAS installation experience.
• Extensive experience with cable installation in IT, RF, electrical, and/or telecommunications fields.
• Expertise in fiber fusion splicing, terminations, dressing, cleaning, and OTDR testing.
• Proven ability in RF Sweep and PIM measurements.
• Solid understanding of wireless networks, including modulation techniques (UTMS, GSM, LTE), amplifier/antenna/cable theory, link budgets, and propagation tools.
• Experience using RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, sweep, and PIM gear).
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and design drawings.

The Stormwater Treatment System Operator at the Stella-Jones manufacturing plant in Sheridan, Oregon is responsible for ensuring stringent environmental compliance with all aspects associated with the operation of the stormwater treatment system to include compliance with the facility's State issued stormwater permit. Principal Responsibilities:

Epic Certified Systems Analyst works with Epic Systems' electronic health record (EHR) software, focusing on implementation, configuration, and support.

They evaluate workflows, collect requirements, and configure the system to meet specific objectives, ensuring optimal functionality for both end-users and the organization. Additionally, they contribute to projects, offer training, and resolve issues.

Required:

• Proficient or Certified in Epic Beacon application.
• At least one year experience with build and/or maintenance of the Beacon module.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Highly organized, able to multitask as well as maintain focus on individual tasks.
• Track and document build, risks, and issues accurately in our project management software.
• Self-starter with ability to maintain schedule, meet deadlines, and monitor one’s own work product.

Work You’ll Do:

• Implementation roll-out of Epic Beacon system with continued support post implementation.
• Lead and coordinate clinical process redesign.
• Collaboratively work with users to assess needs, monitor data, implement system updates, and analyze systems for performance issues.
• Apply technical expertise to system build to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems.
• Work closely with project/operational leadership to accurately scope out build requests and provide streamlined solutions based on current system set-up.
• Lead meetings regarding project status and on-going work production coordination.
• Act as expert technical resource to development staff in all phases of the development and implementation process.

The Role

As a Project Manager, you’ll lead building automation projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. You’ll coordinate teams, manage resources, and drive project success while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage projects, defining scope, goals, and deliverables with senior management.
• Create timelines, allocate resources, and track milestones using project management tools.
• Monitor budgets, manage time and material estimates, and ensure cost efficiency.
• Lead and support project teams, delegating tasks and resolving conflicts.
• Anticipate and address scope changes, risks, and dependencies to keep projects on track.
• Prepare As-Built documentation and conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in building automation, mechanical/HVAC systems, or field installation.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, construction engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent field/project management experience.
• Strong budgeting and resource allocation skills to stay within project budgets.
• Ability to manage multiple projects (new construction, renovations, retrofits) and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proactive problem-solving, independent decision-making, and leadership skills.
